Rune wiped down the bar, looking at the setting sun through the windows. He rolled his shoulders, running a hand through his hair. Everything was ready. He was throwing the party of a lifetime, supernatural allowed only. He had set everything up, and had quietly spread the word to the supernaturals through out the city. It was going to be one hell of a night. "Bring it on." Rune grinned. ===================================================================================

Stellan didn't often have much of a chance to socialize with other Supernaturals. In this day and age, with their kind being hunted by a shady organization that no one could ever seem to find, it was risky to even identify as unusual. But given how much of his life included hiding his true self, he couldn't pass up this opportunity. There was even a chance that he'd be able to make some useful contacts for P.I.D.A. at the event, since it would be a gathering of supernaturals, and it was usually more difficult to ferret them out. For that matter, how had anyone even known to put the flyer under his door in the first place?
Adjusting his jacket, he swept his hand over his hair to ensure that it was out of place, just a touch on the messy side the way he liked it. If he was lucky, maybe there would be some attractive people there, as well. The supernaturals could be a little on the freaky side, but he could deal with that. Sometimes, he even got into the mood for that sort of thing, though he hadn't really decided about tonight. Sniffing the air, he tasted that this bar was usually a human establishment, but the inhuman scent was on the air.
Pulling the handle, he swept into the bar with a grin. The smile faded just a little when he realized he was one of the first ones there. Glancing up at the man at the bar, he stepped up and sat on a stool. The scent... This one was a shapeshifter, Stellan would have bet.
"Are you bartending?" he asked, lifting an eyebrow with a grin. "I was wondering who called this thing."
His Cockney accent had faded a bit over the years, rendering him more understandable for most Americans, but still keeping most of its integrity. Pulling a rolled up sheet of paper from inside his jacket pocket, Stellan held it between his index and middle fingers, indicating it with a tilt of his head.
The shapeshifter was attractive in his own way, kinda rugged looking, but also a bit on the unkempt side. He was as dark as Stellan was blond, tan to Stellan's pale British complexion. Stellan smiled at him, keeping it friendly and non-predatory.

Tonight was the night. Garm left his lair (with his minions of course) to head down to the Wandering Mule for the party Rune was hosting. A whole host of feelings were fighting for dominance in the young hellhound's mind about this event but he chose not to focus on any of them, choosing to try to treat today's adventure like any other day in his life. Making his way to the bar Garm opened the door and stepped inside. It was still early in the night so it was no surprise that there were only a few people inside. No one seemed to notice him or care for once which pleased him. But where was Rune? It was not hard to find the answer to that question. He could see Rune at his usual spot behind the bar, with a blond stranger nearby him. He didn't need to see what was going on to sense that Rune was going to be a little stressed out dealing with the newcomer on his own so he made his way over. "Good evening." he said, more to Rune than the customer next to him though he did give the stranger an acknowledging nod. "I hope I am not too late am I?"

A party at the Wandering Mule? Sweet~
Sera just had to jump in on this opportunity. It had been awhile since she had been to her old hangout on account of keeping out of the PIDA's sight and caring for her possible crazy little siblings. It was about time for her to get smashed and maybe get into a fight or two. She was bound to do one of those things, maybe both if she was lucky. Sera sneaked out of the mansion to make her way down to the city all the way out to the bar and made a beeline to the bartender and his other customers, some blond dude, and some shady looking dude that felt oddly similar to the two hell doggies she had met in the past. "Sup bros." She smiled at the other customers. She gave the hell puppy a once over. He looked like he was trying to make himself look like trouble but his eyes didn't give off the same sense of danger she had seen in others of his kind so she didn't think of him as a threat. "Nice outfit dude, you look like a straight up villain." Sera turned her attention to the barkeep and gave him a smile as she slapped some bills on the counter. "Mind giving me some tequila shots?"

Rune let out a breath as the door opened, and people started making their way inside the bar. Rune flexed his shoulders, and of course the first person to show up to talk to him happened to be some pretty, blonde, cat? Rune was a bit unsure, sometimes supernaturals smelled like one thing that had to do with them but was completely different. He wasn't a shifter, Rune knew that much. He nodded to the guys question, feeling his heart immediately speed up. Him and Garm hadn't figured out what to do about it yet and he clenched his jaw, just about to bolt to the back, right as Garm showed up at the bar. Letting out his breath, Rune gave Garm an almost grateful smile to help divert his attention away from the blonde. "Right on time, Garm. You are a picture of punctuality." He ran a hand through his hair, serving Garm instantly a vodka/redbull, lighter on the vodka like the first time he had served him a drink.
"I'm Rune." He turned to the blonde, trying to be the good host. "I'd rather bartend..then..uhm...let people have free reign...er..........are you ordering?" Rune felt his lungs constrict and he turned his attention to the girl who ordered tequila shots, taking a couple steps to the side for distance between him and the blonde, feeling his lungs relax a little bit. He nodded at her request, taking the money and pulling out some shot glasses, filling them with tequila. "Starting off strong, huh?" Rune pushed the shots toward her, turning back to Garm. "I almost didn't think you were going to show up." Smiling, Rune was working really hard not to freak out about pretty boy blonde over there and was glad for the lower lights to hide a blush. He was hoping soon the place would be so busy he wouldn't know what to do with himself.
