The moon hung in the sky, almost full and beautiful, its light shining down on the earth. The street lights were on, but the little light that they did give off was dim and didn’t do much to help someone see. The street was almost empty, not many people in the area, except for a young looking woman. She was sitting on the ground, leaning against the Impresio Nightclub building, her head resting against the hard wall with her eyes shut. Dark russet curls hung loosely around her shoulders and grazing the bare skin of her arms. Her dark denim clad legs were stretched out in front of her before she pulled them back in against her chest. The dark violet tank top she wore was the only piece of coloring that stood out on her—if it weren’t for that she could probably have just blended into the wall.
A cigarette was pressed to her lips as she took a long drag of the poison before pulling the stick away and blowing out a puff of smoke. Simone’s violet oculars opened slightly as she stared up at the night sky. The stars were like connect the dots as she picked out constellations that were currently visible in the heavens. Being outside of the club—rather than inside and drinking—was unusual for the demoness. Usually she would be having the time of her life inside in the warmth, but this night was different. It had been a while since she had seen Braxten and she missed him, whatever he was, even if it was just a little. It had been over a year since she met the demon-like creature and she wanted to see him again, though she could never find him.
Taking another puff of the cigarette, Simone ashed on the ground beside her, letting the small crimson sparks fall to the cement and cool off, burning out. Most nights she managed to just let it slip by her, but tonight she wasn’t in the mood for partying or drinking. In fact, she wished that she was with her friend Sophie, but she lived two hours away and was busy this night with her boyfriend’s parents. It was fine, she would get by alone, but there was a gnawing feeling inside of her that wanted to talk to someone. The demon girl didn’t have many friends, but sometimes she wished she did. At least she would be able to speak to them about these sorts of things. For now, though she pressed the rest of the cigarette to the ground and forced it to go out. A breeze blew by ruffling her hair, lavender eyes watching as a couple of people exited the club and made their way down the street, stumbling and laughing like idiots—drunk. A long, dark sigh escaped from the demon’s lips. She didn’t even feel like going after those humans and teasing them. What was wrong with her? This was so unlike her.
Unwilling to have a pity party for herself, Simone stood up, brushed her rump off, and stretched her arms up before entering the club. She could at least get a drink to warm her insides.

Last night proved to be quite interesting and she hardly remembered a thing. It was obvious that Aiden had driven her home, then came back to get her car in the lot. She wondered how long he had stayed in the bed next to her after he pulled back into her driveway. That very thought sent some pretty intense chills down her spine, coursing through her entire body. Mizuki was completely at a loss as far as her emotions were concerned. She had no idea what happened between them after they left the club, if anything at all. The dark angel had the urge to send him a text message, but did not. She was at a loss for words, and she didn't know how to talk to him right now.
This whole situation mad her a wreck. She had a high tolerance to liqueur up until she met Aiden, or technically re-met according to him. It would be nice if she could remember her past, who she knew, and who she was or is but for now all she could do was hope for the best.
She inhaled the scent of alcohol in the room, and sighed deeply. The club was fairly busy tonight as she took a few sips of her drink. It was a mixture of a new type of sake. It tasted like a blend of berries. She found it quite tasteful. A variety of supernatural creatures were here tonight, but no one sparked her interest. She lightly took her hand to the side of her check and brushed a few strands aside.
As she reached down to take a few more sips from her glass, she picked up a strong aura and turned quickly to the woman walking towards the bar headed in the direction she was sitting. Mizuki was new around these parts having only been here a few weeks, but this was a new face to her. She hadn't seen her at the club up until now. The woman or being rather, appeared distracted. Mizuki casually raised her hand and waved softly with a small nod, as if to say hello to the other non-human being similar to herself.

Simone pushed her way through the crowd, brushing back her hair over her shoulders and taking a seat at the far end of the bar. The music was some loud techno stuff that she didn't really take a liking to, but it wasn't something she couldn't ignore as she ordered her drink.
Lilac orbs drifted to the right to see the form of a girl next to her. She seemed to be giving her a slight greeting to which the demoness would usually just ignore and get on with her night, but she tilted her head in the girl's direction and looked her up and down once. Strange, she had never seen a woman like her before. To the naked eye she looked human enough, but Simone was a demon and she could sense the supernatural aura around her. A small, mischievous grin spread across her lips as she gazed at the woman. "You're a new face. Why haven't I seen you here before?" she asked over the loud hum of the music. She took her drink when the bartender returned with it. She took a drink, letting the Jack slide down her throat and burn her throat and insides. It warmed her and made her feel a bit better despite the obvious loneliness.
The demon rested her eyes on the girl again, turning toward her a little bit more and tracing the rim of her glass with her index finger. "I just come here a lot so it's different to see faces that are new to me." she added. It had been true though that she hadn't visited the club in almost a year. Simone had usually opted for the quietness of the Wandering Mule where she could drink to her heart's content and not be bothered by such booming music and males. It also helped that she didn't have to push through hoards of hot, sweating, dancing bodies when she tried to make her way to the bar from the door. Honestly, how was grinding on each other even considered dancing? That's practically sex with your clothes on and, while she was a demon, she did enjoy some sort of classy dancing rather than just rubbing up against each other and jumping around.
That was hypocritical of her, since she had partaken in that type of dancing, usually when drunk off her ass. When your mind was so clouded and hazy it wasn't hard to do stupid things.

The techno music was loud, more irritating then the metal they had playing the other night. She rather enjoyed the sound of guitars grinding. In this day and age, she appeared modernized to any typical creature, or human passing by. This, however was not quite the case she was not as modern as she appeared. Mizuki had taken fancy to the rock music that played on the radio these days, enjoying the darkness of the music and lyrics. Some of the artist were quite talented. A that thought her lips perked a smile, and she turned towards the lovely creature who took a seat next to her, sipping on some jack. Forest painted orbs watched her silently, as Mizuki listened to the other females words.
A small, mischievous grin spread across her lips as she gazed at the woman. "You're a new face. Why haven't I seen you here before?" The question made her grin a bit, before she answered. New faces aren't common around here, I presume? In all honesty I haven't been in the area for more than a few weeks, but I was here the other night laughing at all the grinding drunk fools. Needed some entertainment. She laughed softly. Her voice tranquil, smooth as silk. Her accent, elegant noble and foreign when she spoke. Raising her slender fingers she brushed her long raven hair aside her face seeing as a few strands fell into her line of sight. The angelic creature, dark mysterious remained neutral and relaxed as she took another sip from her glass.
A curious thought popped into her mind, as she glanced back to the woman. So, what brings you here this fine evening? She was curious to see how the other woman would respond, and waited patiently. Mizuki was simply enjoying her drink for the moment. It was unlike her to spark up conversation. She wasn't sure where that feeling came from, but Mizuki didn't ignore her sub conscious. So, what's the night going to bring. She asked herself in her own mind. It was a good thing she could ignore the loud booming of music and voices squished together, otherwise it'd be difficult to have this pleasant conversation.

Kinda short. Sorry ^^'' Crossing her legs with ease, the demoness cocked her head to the side a bit as the new girl replied, telling her that she'd only been around for a few weeks. That explained it. It's true that in the past couple years it seemed that more and more supernaturals were finding their way to this city, but the flow of new faces seemed to have stopped, or at least slowed down. Even at her tattoo parlor she didn't see many new faces there. Just the same people who wanted another tattoo to add to their sleeve or the mural they were planning on their back or chest. She couldn't believe some of the guys that came in there wanting a tattoo and barely had anywhere left to put one. Simone had one customer who had decided that he wanted one on his rump since he had no where else to put it. She let one of the other employees take that one, watching them the entire time in slight amusement.
Some people were a bit crazy, but hey, she liked it.
"I needed to distract myself instead of sulking around," she answered the woman, curling loose strands of brunette back behind her ear. "and this is a good place to distract yourself and forget about things." a ghost of a smile crept up on her lips as she took the rest of the Jack and poured it down her throat. It never hit her tongue as it snaked back and burned her whole throat before she set the glass down and ordered something different this time. A nice cool glass of wine. Kind of girly, but she did enjoy the taste. Usually, she didn't drink for taste. It was almost always just to get into a drunken state, but on occasion she liked toe enjoy what she was throwing into her body.
She'd have a nice conversation with this strange girl, drink her wine, and enjoy the night. "I'm Simone by the way. Simone Valentine." she smiled softly, taking her glass when the bartender returned with it and sipped it as she waited to know this stranger's name.
