This would be a first for Crendor, that was for sure. Well, ok, he's done surprise visits to buddies before, but he hasn't surprise visit his co-workers ever. So, yeah, this was a first. He wasn't sure who's idea it had been originally, but it sounded like a Jesse-ish thing to do, so he just assumed it was Jesse's idea. Apparently all of the guys from the group were to go pop in a surprise visit to Nova and Spoon, for whatever reason. This would be good for Crendor though he thinks, because he has yet to really get antiquated with the rest of the group. Really all Crendor knew was Jesse of course,TB through several podcasts and a few rounds of Chivalry here and there, and then of course there was Dodger.
It would be a miracle though if Crendor managed to find Nova's place, seeing as he was terrible with following directions. He always managed to get himself lost, how, no one knew, not even Crendor himself. He was always a mystery to the group when it came down to his intelligence factor, but, what little of the group he knew, they seemed to adore his idiocy...most of the time anyways. For kicks and giggles, Crendor had decided he would wear his trademark giant headphones. You know. For funsies. Of course, wearing such behemoth of headphones would only show off Crendor's childishness even further. To which he honestly didn't care.
After a very confusing drive, Crendor managed to turn off at the right spot to the estates, to which he was even more confused. All these houses look the same! How was he supposed to...oh look there are the others! The n00b agent pulled up into the drive as carefully as possible, trying very carefully to not bump into one of the other cars in the process. Crendor parked and slid out of his car, bouncing towards the front porch like a freakishly tall, idiot puppy dog. His first instinct was to bounce over to Jesse's side because he felt the most comfortable by his fellow Knight of Victory.
"Hey guys! How's it hangin'?" He asked with a giant grin on his face. He looked down and playfully prodded Jesse's arm cast. "You know, I still need to sign that Jesse. I'm going to draw a pretty picture I think...of..." He frowned slightly, forgetting what he was going to say. "I forgot." Crendor said with a small pout.
"Ooooh can I knock on the door? Can I?" Crendor asked excitedly...just before he went and knocked anyways.

This was going to be fun.
Jesse hummed happily to himself as he made his way over to the entrance to of Nova’s home, with TB in toe. The man was in a very good mood for someone with a broken arm. There was good reason for his jolly mood. Jesse (with a lot of help from Totalbiscuit) captured Guillotine, the hellhound that his group had been chasing down for months. It had been a long, bumpy road to get to him, a lot of work, investigating, and questioning here and there but all of that paid off in the end. Sure their work was far from done, they still had two more people to catch for this case to be officially over but this was the biggest break that they could ever hope for. And it only took being nearly mauled alive to do it. Yeah…it wasn’t the best trade in the world but he would take it. Hell, he felt so good about it that almost as soon as he got out of the medic center at the PIDA he wanted to celebrate. And what better way to do that than throw a little party?
It had been awhile since everyone got together just for the sake of hanging out, so he knew that it would do everyone a world of good. And hey, there was more to this than just celebrating actually doing something good as agents. This get together would also help introduce some of the newer PIDA members to the group too. Not too long ago (before Gil mauled his ass) Jesse brought two more of his friends to the agency. Crendor and Dodger. They both joined for the same reasons that he did, to learn more about their powers and actually use them to for good. In all the chaos neither of them got to know their colleagues well enough yet, so this little party would be beneficial for them too. But instead of throwing this little celebration at his place Jesse had a great idea. The idea? To go surprise one of the guys by dropping over at their place! After a bit of thought he decided to go to Nova and Spoon’s place. Both Nova and Spoon were the only ones that didn’t know about what happened yet. Since they had both been off duty on that day, and things had been a little hectic for a few days, no one had the chance to tell them yet. That was going to change today.
“This is gonna be fun, right TB?” Jesse turned to smile at his companion. John had helped Jesse drive out here, but his friend had been rather silent for the whole trip. Jesse wondered if something was wrong with him. It wasn’t like TB to be so quiet. “Earth to TB, come in TB.” Jesse snapped his fingers in front of TB to break the man out of his daze. “You okay man?”
“Oh…ummm…yeah.” John replied. “You sure this is a good idea? Did you even call him to see if he’s home?”
“Why would I do that? This is supposed to be a surprise, how are you suppose to have a surprise party if you give the person you are trying to surprise a heads up?” he replied.
“I know that but still…it doesn’t seem proper.”
“Oh lighten up buddy; this is going to be great trust me!” Jesse patted the other man on the back. Sometimes TB could be a little bit of a hard ass, but he knew that John would get over whatever was bothering him later. Jesse noticed Tb pull his cellphone out and frowned, “Oh come on, are you seriously going to call them?”
“No Jesse, I am not calling them. Don’t be paranoid. I just remembered that Genna wanted me to pick up a few things from the grocery store afterward, so I am sending her a quick text message asking what she wants.”
“Alright, have at it.” Jesse turned his attention back to the driveway when he spotted a familiar car pulling up. The man smiled at Crendor as he made his way over to greet them. “It’s going good man. Glad to see you didn’t get lost. I was half expecting you to call asking me for directions.” The man laughed. The man chuckled when his friend mentioned about signing his cast. “Well when you do you can draw whatever you want with this.” Jesse pulled out a marker and handed it to Crendor. “You are not leaving today without signing this thing!” When Crendor asked if he could knock on the door Jesse nodded. “Sure, but wait till everyone gets here first. Don’t want to start the party without them right?”

Toby was excited, to say the least. He loved randomly dropping in on people for fun because well...that makes it a surprise, and surprises are awesome. All the guys (and lady), were supposed to go make a friendly, unannounced visit to Nova and Spoon. Toby had gotten to know Nova some, but had yet to really get to know Spoon. From what he's head, Spoon was...unique. Of course, all the guys were unique anyways, so it didn't matter.
Toby drove along the route that he had been given directions on, having the radio on lightly in the background. He was not alone in the car, for he had been asked by Cry for a ride, to which Toby didn't mind at all.
"Thanks again man. This was all kind of...well, last minute, and my car is being worked on...and all that fun stuff." Cry mumbled from behind his mask. Toby grinned and waved a hand dismissively. "Hey, no problemo right? We're all going to the same place anyways. I'm just psyched for this." Toby said, his grin still in place. "Yes. A party is nice, considering we finally caught the Hellhound. Well, Jesse and TB anyways. That's one target down at least." Cry said with slight enthusiasm creeping into his voice. "Yeah. I bet he was a handful for those guys. He managed to maul Jesse's arm in the process I guess. That kinda blows a bit." "Oh certainly it does."
Toby arrived, seeing a good deal of the others already here, standing about on the porch waiting for the rest of them to get here. He and Cry got out of the car and made their way over to the group. "Sup dudes? Are you ready to par-tay?" He chimed in amusement. "Yes, I think it is time we get down with our bad selves and boogie...and whatnot." Cry spoke from behind his mask, his expression unknown.
"Awwh dude, that big old hell hound-y guy really got you good huh?" Toby said with concern to Jesse, knowing that a bite from that guy would really freaking hurt. "Dude, I'm signing after him, just so you know." Toby chuckled as Jesse had handed a marker off to the newish guy, Crendor.
"I think...I'm going to draw...a beautiful space butterfly." Crendor said as he began drawing a very silly, childish looking butterfly before signing his name beside the little doodle, which he had placed just near the elbow. "It is a masterpiece!" Crendor said proudly, capping the marker and handing it off to Toby, who started writing a small message almost immediately. "Dear Jesse, sorry your arm got mauled. That kinda blows. Love, Tobuscus." Toby said aloud as he wrote.
"I wish to doodle something too friend. Your cast shall be filled with wonderful things!" Cry said, accepting the marker from Toby and he too started drawing. When he was finished, by Jesse's wrist was Cry's trademark "self portrait" staring blankly as always. "I think you should doodle something too TB! Like...a biscuit...or a glorious tophat!" "Or a biscuit wearing a tophat!" Crendor chimed in, grinning widely.
"Noooooow can I knock?" Crendor whined, but then remembered, "Awwh darn. We gotta wait for Dodger don't we? Awwwwh." Crendor said with another whine.
"Pfffft. Ladies. Always so slow, am I right? Just kidding, I wouldn't actually say something like that. Don't tell her I said something like that. She might hit me." Toby said with a joking chuckle.

To say that Totalbiscuit was a little upset over Jesse’s sudden plans was an understatement. It took all of the man’s willpower not to freak out right now. This wasn’t good in the least. The secret that he, Nova, and even Spoon had done everything to keep under wraps was about to be blown apart. It had only been two weeks since TB had partnered with James to go to the hospital to look up on a possible lead to not just the hellhound but the female shifter Akeelah. The man caught wind of an incident that had happened sometime after he had joined the PIDA. There had been a girl that had been attacked by some wild animal, there were no medical records or any sort of I.D. at all on her. That had been odd enough on its own, but then soon after she underwent surgery her ‘boyfriend’ had tried to kidnap her. The boyfriend’s description matched that of the hellhound they had been searching for. TB wasn’t sure what he and his partner would find in there, he had hoped that it was the girl and he was right there. But never in his wildest dreams would he think that he wouldn’t turn her in.
Thanks to James, who begged him not to go take her to the agency John let the girl stay with Nova. He wouldn’t have done it if he didn’t have doubts about just how guilty the girl was. What she had told him, combined with her condition at the time made the man falter. Of course TB had no intentions of keeping her whereabouts a secret. Like it or not the others had to know, and TB was going to tell them. But he couldn’t do it right then and there. If what his gut was telling him was true then once the others found out about it they would give an innocent girl over to their superiors who would do god knows what with her. He couldn’t do that, and he knew that none of his teammates could do that either if they knew. But it would take some convincing to make them all think it over and make a decision, and for that he needed time. Especially when it came to Jesse. After everything that Jesse had seen Guillotine do he wasn’t likely to think twice about handing the shifter over. With time Jesse’s desire for knowledge would overshadow his impulse, but TB needed to work on that.
Sadly he didn’t get much of a chance. He was planning to tell his friend the truth in a few days after they interrogated the hellhound but now with this the truth might come out sooner than he wanted. John silently cursed himself as they made their way over to the door. Shit. If only he had time to warn Nova and his friend about the upcoming danger ahead, or even had some way of talking Jesse out of it. But he didn’t get the chance. When Jesse had come knocking on his door TB had no time to react, he couldn’t try to make a quick phone call to the others and try as he might there was no talking Jesse out of his plans. They were screwed.
“Oh…ummm…yeah.” Crap, Jesse was talking to him. John’s mind was in so much of a panic that he wasn’t paying attention. “You sure this is a good idea? Did you even call him to see if he’s home?” he asked, trying his best to keep the edge out of his voice as he spoke. He knew it was useless to try to talk to Jesse about this but damn it he had to try! The man let out a sigh as his friend shut him down again. Of course this wouldn’t work! TB tried to keep half his focus on Jesse while his mind was busy trying to think of some way to warn the others. He had to figure out some way to warn them before the others found out. Then the thought hit him. That’s right! He had a cellphone. He could try to text them!
TB wiped his phone out quickly and pulled out Nova and Spoon’s numbers. But Jesse was onto him. TB moved the phone a little further away from Jesse’s line of sight. “No Jesse, I am not calling them. Don’t be paranoid. I just remembered that Genna wanted me to pick up a few things from the grocery store afterward, so I am sending her a quick text message asking what she wants.” It was a simple enough lie to keep Jesse’s suspicions at bay, and luckily for him it worked. While his friend was distracted John started to type frantically. Everyone is coming over, hide the girl now! He pressed send and closed his cell, hoping against all hope that one of them got the message right away. It was the best that he could do under the circumstances.
By the time that John sent his message everyone else was starting to arrive. The man said a quick greeting to everyone before turning his attention to the door again. Time was running out and fast, he could only hope that Dodger would run a little late to give the others a chance to hide the shifter. Suddenly Crendor’s voice forced his attention back to the others. What was he saying? “What?...oh no, I signed his cast already.” He replied. “I did it as soon as Jesse woke up, he wouldn’t shut up otherwise. I didn’t draw anything though, I’m no good at it.”

Almost immediately after Crendor’s appearance the other guys arrived. Jesse’s smile grew when he saw Toby and Cry walking over to them. Almost everyone was here, save for Dodger. Jesse couldn’t help but wonder what was keeping the woman; maybe she was too busy dying her hair again or something. Though he couldn’t be too upset if she ended up being a little late though, Dodger had never been to Nova’s place before, so there was always a chance that she could get lost. If anything Dodger had his number, and she promised to call him right away if she couldn’t find her way over here. The man chuckled hearing their excitement for this little get together. “Yeah, this is going to be epic isn’t it?”
“Damn right you are signing this bad boy Toby! No one is leaving here today without signing something.” He teased. He couldn’t help but feel good about all the attention he was getting. Of course Jesse knew that the guys cared about him, but it was always nice to see it for himself. Perhaps he should keep the cast after his arm healed up, just for memories sake. He wouldn’t tell anyone about it of course if he did, but it would be a nice little momentum. “Yeah the bastard got me good, but we did worse right TB?”
“Yeah, we taught that mutt not to mess with us.” TB replied.
“You should have seen TB back there. He sung that bastard into a trance and then blew his kneecap out without even flinching. It was awesome! I told you that your power was awesome.” Jesse chuckled when he saw TB roll his eyes at him. Even now the british man didn’t think too fondly of his powers, but one day that would change, Jesse would see to that. Crendor’s voice brought his attention back to him. It looked like Crendor figured out what he wanted to draw, and what he offered to d sounded terrific. “Awesome! You have to do that now.” Jesse let Crendor at it, as well as the others and admired their work after it was done. “These look great guys, thanks.”
((Sorry if the ending to that one is blah...but yay I made a short fricken post!!!!!))

"Tell me what?" Dodger asked, standing behind Toby with a smile on her face. Dodger had arrived the same time as the others did, but just for fun she decided to troll them by sneaking up on them. "Hey homies, what's shaking?" she asked them, her eyes scanned the group of men till they finally landed on Jesse and his cast. "Oh my god, you poor thing!"the girl said. Dodger had heard about what happened to her friend after the fight, but she hadn't had the chance to see him when he had to get treated. Seeing it now Dodger couldn't help but feel bad for the guy. Though Jesse wasn't dumb enough to know he would get hurt on the job at some point, it still couldn't have been pleasant. "That dog really did a number on you didn't it?"
"Tis but a scratch!" Jesse exclaimed, making Dodger giggle. Well the man may be injured but he still had a sense of humor. "Oh, oh, can I sign it?" Dodger quickly pulled out a marker from her bag and started to scribble on the cast. When she finished Dodger took a moment to admire her work. "There all done." she beamed. "I thought you might like a little fox companion, right foxy brown?" The little fox wagged its tail in reply. The look on Jesse's face told her that he really did like her small gift to him.
"It's so cute, thanks Dodger."
"No problem Jesse!...so, what are we waiting for? Are we gonna get this party started or what?"
((Again not as good cause my brain is derping but fuck yeah another short post!!!!....I have never been so happy to make a short post before <.<))

To say that Crendor was excited was a bit of an understatement. He was so epically excited that it took all of his will power to not go banging on the door right then and there. He was seriously just a hyper little kid inside an adult's body. But, then again, the rest of the group was jsut the same. Well, except maybe TB. He was a bit too cynical and serious to be a kid trapped in an adult's body. But, he was still fun though.
Crendor listened and watched as the others conversed and took turns signing Jesse's cast. It wouldn't be long before the entire thing was covered in doodles and names. When Jesse and TB started talking about the skirmish with the hellhound, Crendor's eyes lit up with even more excitement. If that was even possible. "I wish I could have been there to see that! The fight I mean, not the whole getting mauled bit." Crendor grinned. "You sang him into a trance TB? Awwwwh! Now I really wish I had been there to see it!" The man whined, but only for a moment seeing as Dodger showed up at that moment.
"Hey Dodger! You didn't get lost! That's awesome!" Crendor exclaimed, greeting the woman with a childish wave. Dodger and Jesse began a little banter before she went and drew on his cast as well. Crendor laughed at the little fox that came to life on Jesse's cast. Dodger had a sweet power, and he couldn't help but feel just the tiniest bit jealous about it. "That's so cool! I wish I had a cast now." Crendor said with the slightest of pouts, but he immediately perked back up once Dodger asked if they were going to start the party or not. "Hell yeah! The party is all here now! Let's go!" Crendor boomed before slamming himself into the door way.

It was unusually quiet this morning in the creature house. It was rare for the place to be as quiet as it was. There was always some sort of commotion going on, whether it was someone watching TV, listening to music, or someone running around the halls screaming on the top of their lungs out of boredom. Even when everyone was recording the place wasn’t this quiet. But for once Nick didn’t mind it, at least not yet. Why it was so quiet one might ask? Well the answer was simple, everyone else was out. Well…almost everyone. Most of Spoon’s friends had ran out of the house earlier that day to have some fun. Everyone else had planned to chill outside yesterday just to do something different, but Spoon decided to stay behind. As fun as it sounded it would be he had some work to take care of first. It had been far too long since he had made an update on his youtube channel. While the young man managed to get enough material to work with he failed to actually upload anything. It was unlike him to not work on the things that really mattered but he had been distracted, mainly by his work with the PIDA.
It felt like only yesterday that Spoon had become the newest member of the top secret government run organization that specialized dealing with supernatural cases. It had been a shock to discover that supernatural creatures existed, and that he and his friend James were even stranger than they originally thought. But as shocking as it was he couldn’t help but get excited by it, maybe a little too excited. The secret work that he did now was interesting, but at the same time it was hard, so hard in fact that he often got too distracted by it to do any of his original work. It was amazing that James, who had been an agent longer than he had, could manage to juggle that and his youtube career all in one go. Perhaps he could find a way to manage it all one day but today wasn’t that day.
Nick ran a hand through his hair as he stared at the loading bar on his laptop. At least he was doing something productive today. He had spent the last hour or two sitting in the living room fixing up his videos. Now all he had to do was wait for this last video to finish upload and he would be done for the day. For a moment Nick lifted his gaze from the computer screen to the stairs leading up to the next floor as his thoughts drifted to the other occupant that was staying with him. Nick hadn’t seen the shapeshifter chick since he woke up this morning. Which was normal, Akeelah didn’t move around much since James had brought her in. The girl had not been in the greatest condition when she came in. She could barely get out of bed thanks to the injuries she suffered from her crazy boyfriend, but even now after her injuries had healed up she still seemed kind of depressed. The girl was one of the reasons that Spoon had chose to stay home today. He and James had an agreement to not leave the shifter in the house by herself. Not because they were afraid that she would hurt herself or anything like that.
Their little guest just happened to be one of the suspects in a case that their group was working on. Nova and his partner at the time decided to keep her hidden instead of taking her back to base, at the risk of their jobs. Spoon didn’t mind helping keeping the girl out of sight for his buddy. He thought it was kinda fun keeping the whole thing a secret. So far no one suspected anything, and it wasn’t like Akeelah had any intentions of running away. At least her presence here meant that he wouldn’t be alone. The man smiled at the thought. Maybe he’d wake her up so they could play together. Nick put the laptop down on the coffee table and grabbed his mask from the floor. He pulled the thing over his head as he stood up, he was just about to head up the stairs to give the girl a little surprise when he heard a loud bang coming from the front of the house.
“WHAT THE FUCK!?!” the man jumped in surprise, so much for the place being quiet. There was no way that Akeelah was making that noise, and it couldn’t be any of the other creatures. Was it robbers? Oh hell no. If someone was trying to break into his house and rob him and his friends he was going to give them hell to pay for it. Spoon looked around the room quickly for a weapon and grabbed the first thing that he saw, a vase and ran towards the entrance, screaming like a madman towards the intruders. “GET THE FUCK OUT YOU FUCKING ROBB-“Just as the man held the vase over his head to throw at his enemies he saw who had burst through the door and stopped dead in his tracks. Though there were some new faces that he didn’t recognize the few he did was enough for him to realize who was at the door. “You…” the vase slipped out of his grip and hit him hard on the head, making the poor bastard swear up a storm. It took a moment for him to gather himself and look back at the large group at his door. “W-what are you guys doing here?”
