-yes shakespeare had something to do with that title-

Lilith felt a giggle bubble up as she packed the picnic basket. She was really hoping Drew was going to be happy with this surprise date that she had put together. She folded the red blanket up and placed it over the wine and snack food that she had prepared. She had been trying to figure out the perfect date for them to go on, since everything had been cleared up and staying in usually led to....her eyes moved to the bedroom and she blushed. What was she....19? She put her hands on her cheeks, hoping her cool fingers would banish the warm blush.
Her circulation had never quite returned to normal, and Lilith wore a lot more sweaters than she used to. Even her fire had cooled down a bit, which was odd to her but, eh what could she do. She barely used her powers anymore, more thanks to Drew liking caution, and she respected that. She wrote out a note, thoughts of romantic evenings under the stars filling her head. Drew was supposed to be working a little later tonight and so the sun was already setting outside. He was to be home in a half hour, enough time for her to get to the park and get everything set up. She had carefully done her hair in the mirror, hated it, and ended up leaving it down and wild like usual. Grabbing her sweater, she checked her makeup, and her clothes. Flats instead of heels this time. She had discovered the adorableness of them, and any time she tripped in heels, she was scared she would give Drew a heart attack.
My love,
Meet me on the far west side of Windstalker Park, under that giant tree I have always admired.
Yours Always,
Lilith
There may have been hearts placed in a few spots on this note.
Putting on her sweater and grabbing her basket, the car ride did not take long to the park, and as she made it to the tree, she looked at her watch. "Drew should be here any minute now." Lilith felt a squeal of joy leave her as she set up under the giant oak tree she loved so much. Nature was truly beautiful. One by one, the stars started peaking out over the horizon. The park was completely empty, and a nice secluded picnic would be just what her and Drew needed. As she finished, she nodded happily, and hearing footsteps turned around. "Drew!" Except it wasn't Drew, and her eyes widened as a cloth got pressed over her face, darkness consuming her.
"Place her here." The team of men leaned the red headed woman up against the tree, her hands and feet tied. Their captain looking over the blanket and basket that had been placed down. This was how they were finally going to get him. This girl was the key. He kept his joy down, giving orders out to his men. He knew that their presence would be known, but if their Intel was correct, that beast would do anything for this woman. So to use her as bait would be perfect. His men spread out, each one taking a hiding spot. Their captain finally grinned as he sat next to the woman. A pretty little thing, she was. Too bad he couldn't mess with her a little. He carefully tied a gag around her mouth before standing up and looking over the park, waiting for their mark to show up. He kept his gun pointed at her head casually as he waited. No mistakes this time.

So here it is. I felt like this needed to be done to get Drew to cooperate -- if you like it great -- if not I can edit it. Let me know, love!
