Aviela was really warming up to Guillotine, she didn't feel threatened by the beast. She didn't want a fight with him, the angel was enjoying a relaxing evening with him. They were laughing and he had put her in a great mood. This evening had been very interesting. Avi heard the hellhound laugh and it made her giggle a bit, she liked his laugh, it was almost an oxymoron. A beast being so lighthearted. He stated that Avi was more of a lost lamb, she could see that but the girl still had some fight in her, more than a lamb ever would. She picked up at Gil’s hinting of that night in the junkyard. “Funny because I hadn't laid with anyone.” The woman hadn't thought of that back then, she had given her innocence to a demon.
When Aviela took Gil’s cigarette she was shocked that he would share with her. He seemed so very calm, unlike usual. She wanted to ask why he was acting unusual but she knew Guillotine wasn't the one to be questioned. Her head went back to reality when Gil teased at her once more. “Get bit? Ha, maybe I'm into that.” She smirked at the beast and took another drag off her cigarette. “Aww, Guillotine is finally sharing. Poor Guilly is losing his tough exterior.” She giggled and waited for Gil to give her a smart remark. Avi could tell the cigarette Guillotine gave her was quite strong. Maybe it was because she hadn't smoked in a while. She heard him laugh at her, she probably looked ridiculous to the chain smoker. He told her not to kill herself and she rolled her eyes. “Guillotine, one of your silly little cancer sticks ant kill me. They are strong though, I will give you that.”
She tried to imagine her mate and this demon together, it really did make her smile, it was like a bad fan fiction. Azazel and Guillotine together? This finally made Aviela let out a loud laugh when Guillotine said how hot him and her mate would be. She ended up snorting through her laughs which made her face turn blood red. “Im pretty sure a stab would be that only sort of ‘kiss’ you would get from him.” It was the truth, they hated each other.
She watched the hound out of the corner of her eye when she blew her smoke ring. She knew that she had caught him off guard once more. Gil seemed to panic a bit and he even stuttered. She obviously knew he wasn't stronger then Azzy, but the girl wasn't looking for a fight anyways. The girl wasn't very strong herself. “Relaxing sound great today, like I said, you aren’t so bad.” When she brought up their fights Guillotine didn't agree with her, I mean it was in their nature to fight but she wondered if there really was a legitimate reason for the angel and demon to fight. The mutt would still kill her if her and Azazel weren't mates, just because she is an angel. But, she was fallen. He went on to say that she wasn't so bad, honestly she agreed.
As Guillotine tried to comfort the woman, he scooted closer to her and she let it happen. Aviela adjusted to his body and just laid their calming down. Her tears had stopped and she tried to joke with Gil. She felt him take his hand from her shoulder, she sort of wished that he hadn’t, she had gotten quite comfortable. “It is better than you ‘attempting' to snap my neck.” She teased at him knowing that he could easily harm her but she wouldn't give him the benefit of a doubt. He said he didn't like crying, that was understandable. She listened to the hound speak some more, she was surprised to hear that he liked talking to her. His next few words surprised her even more. “So you don’t view me as an enemy, huh? That is quite the surprise Guilly.” She turned over and gave him a small smile.
Their conversation went on and it seemed to Avi that Guillotine was really warming up to her. They spoke more of that night in the junkyard. She laughed, he was right, no angel would come anywhere close to a demon like Gil unless they were trying to kill him. Avi began to wonder why he kept calling her an angel like she was still all innocent and holy still. Even though she was an angel, she was fallen, Avi definitely wasn't innocent anymore. “I had to sin somehow to fall to this godforsaken world. Just because I ‘was’ an angel doesn't mean I still live by their rules.” She playfully flicked the beast’s arm and gave him a light smile.
Aviela waited patiently to hear what Guillotine had to say about that night. From what she had heard about him, she wasn't the only one he had slept with. The fallen angel wondered what his response would be. He stated that he didn’t regret it but he did regret it. The girl cocked her head to the side while sitting up looking at Gil. The only reason that he regretted it was because he as well had cheated on his significant other. Avi wondered if he had a mate, she wouldn't be surprised after what he just said. This topic was obviously a sore spot for Guillotine, but the woman wanted to know more, she just didn't want to ask. Avi saw the beast smile at her, she was smart enough to know it was forced. He explained that he enjoyed the crazy night they had, he didn't hold back on her and she knew that. The girl actually had a couple scars from his claws on the lower part of her back and a faint scar on her collar from a bite. She rubbed the place on her collar and smiled, it was a fun night. Avi didn't want to think about the child anymore though, or the problems that came after their little rendezvous. Gil spoke again, he finally understood why she was so upset, she rolled her eyes. “Jeez, it only took a year.” She smiled at him and rubbed his shoulder reassuringly, “It’s all in the past now, we don’e have anything to worry about.”
Avi propped her head up with her hand and looked Guillotine in his dark eyes. So he did have a mate, this interested the girl a lot. In all honesty, Aviela wouldn't mind having another go at it with Guillotine but she wasn't going to screw up with Azazel anymore. “Gil, that night was… Well, lets just say I wouldn't mind that either. But, I don’t feel like screwing up with Azazel anytime soon.” She giggled, the angel hadn't had any kind of fun like that in a while. She laid back in the grass and looked to the sky and she felt the hellhound move towards her. She tensed up a bit not knowing what to expect. To her surprise, Gil laid his head on her stomach and he was smiling. Aviela smiled too and lightly patted his head twice when he let out a cute sigh.
“Guillotine?” The girl wasn't sure what she was gonna say but she was really enjoying this day. The mutt had had more conversation with her than her own mate did. She just decided to stay silent and lay there. Maybe Guillotine would think of something. She was very thankful for this day, it really did relieve a lot of stress.
