Azazel didn't know what to do for a moment. Maybe it was his new form. He did look different from his previous self before. Which is true that he wouldn't be very recognizable. Though his voice is still intact after all these years being away in Limbo. Maybe it was his scent. It was true that all angels smell the same but only angels could differ whose who when they have to deal with one another. Yet he had the scent of a helhound and a few other supernaturals that have ever crossed paths with him. Or the fact that Gil was a complete idiot and not dealing with a full deck of cards.Of course that had to be it. There was no doubt behind it. The pup was just that oblivious to the fact his enemy stand before him. This only enrage Azazel more with a shadow hiding his face and revealing only his red glowing eyes; his smile that stay present over his face. He step forward and laughed low at first and gradually grow as he got closer to Gil. He heard Loki taunting the hound which made the situation better than ever as Azazel spoke underneath his breathe, mumbling the words off his neck to himself as a prayer or some sorts.
Azazel stopped inches away from the hound's space. "You honestly don't know or remember me,huh? Pity dear pup. See I knew you're hit around a lot but I was sure that you remembered that X scar I left when you harmed another Angel." Azazel spoke with a humor-like tone in his voice. He chuckled some and pop his knuckles a bit as he stared down with menacing red glowing eyes at Gil's size. " As you may not figured like the dog you are. I am Azazel but we've met before. The years have been well for you, still the gloomy dark pup I remember. And well this is what happen when you spend a few years in Limbo like I did." Azazel laughed loud as he slightly bowed with his eyes kept their gaze upon the pup." Now thanks to my little partner here, you have some answers I want heard." Azazel stepped forward and got into Gil's face with that un-godly evil smirk across his face. Old friends, Azazel thought to himself, meeting each like this. He remembered the first time he met up with Gil. With his adopted sister and cousin moving in with him to the same apartment he stays with Loki. He went out for a smoke and the hound thought he could run him as secondary. Wasn't the case at all, which led to them both constantly trying to kill one another.
Now this side of Azazel was something he always fear. It was something that completely robbed him of his calm and cool. Made him somewhat mad, kind human-like if you asked the angels from above. "First, what happened to Aviela? Come now, answer me." Azazel's tone of voice suddenly turn serious and dark as he stood his very ground against the hellhound. His eyes were sending darts at the hound, making sure he didn't lie nor agree to answer his question.

This wasn’t good. Guillotine hadn’t expected to run into anyone back here in the alley. Oh how gullible he was. The beast turned to look at Loki when the little shifter spoke to the stranger. Stating that he had come faster than expecting. It didn’t take long for Gil to put two and two together. This had been a set up. Judging by their conversation the little shifter had lead Gil into a trap. The hellhound wasn’t too pleased to hear that he wouldn’t be getting his food after all. Not only that but he could possibly be taken out by this strange angel. It was almost as if the shifter wanted to kill him. Guillotine sent a vicious growl towards Loki’s way as the shifter strolled over to the angel. Gil couldn’t quite believe this. He had been tricked! ‘I should have expected this much from a fucking cat.’
Guillotine gave the tiny shifter a grumble for an answer when he asked if Gil really didn't remember the angel. What Gil had stated before was true. He’d never seen this man in his life. When Loki went on to insult him Gil couldn’t help but to speak his mind. He’d have just about enough of this little cat. Guillotine glared daggers at the smaller man and said, “Just you wait you little shit, at the end of all this you are going to be dog food.” The hound then gave a dark cackle, ” I will enjoy breaking your bones.” When Loki continued he stated that if Gil remember who the angel was he would receive a prize. Just what was the prize? Gil soon found out. When Loki pulled out the treat something inside of Guillotine snapped.
“W-WHAT!? “ Guillotine looked down and patted his pockets. His treat, it was gone! When did the shifter have time to take the treat from him? Gil This was crazy! Guillotine looked back up a Loki. By that time there was fire burning in his eyes. Giving the smaller man a death glare, Gil barked, “I’ll snap your fucking neck, Cat! Just you wait!” There was no way this Loki was going to leave the alley alive. The little shifter was lucky he had some back up or else Gil might have charged him right then and there. Once Gil’s blood red eyes saw his treat in Loki’s hand he could feel his body beginning to heat up. If this continued he would transform. And he would have done just that if it wasn’t for the angel. Azazel decided to step in and distract Gil for the moment. Even though Gil’s body began to cool down Loki would still continue to be on his shit list. Gil was known for holding grudges.
When the strange angel spoke of what he had done to Gil in the past the hellhound’s eyes widened. Now it all seemed to make since. The hound could never forget the angel that gave him that scar. Gil’s frown quickly contorted into a smile at the mere mention of the fallen angel’s name. It was almost as if just being in the presence of his past enemy caused a spark of cockiness to seep out of Gil. Now he remembered this little bitch. What had happened to his other form? Azazel did mention being sent to Limbo. Suppose being sent to that dreadful place would change even an angel. “ I see your father hasn't been too good to you.” Gil replied in a mocking tone. “Why on earth would he send one of his own to Limbo?” As Azazel drew closer Gil’s frame began to grow tense. He straightened his posture when the man go in his face. If this Angel wanted to have a supernatural pissing contest then he got one. Gil wasn’t about to let this man bully him. Even if he was the one getting his ass kicked by this man in the past. Azazel didn’t seem to come here to fight. He did need some answers. His first question was a simple one. He seemed eager to know what had happened to his old female friend.
Ah yes, Guillotine remembered Aviela. How could he forget the only angel that managed to seduce him. Avi had claimed she slept with Gil because she was lonely. Guillotine never believed her excuse back then. He figured she was looking for a good time, and found it. After all, she had decided to lay with a demon. Couldn’t she have found a human to sleep with? It didn’t help that she slept with her mate’s enemy to boot. What kind of angel would do that? Guillotine looked Azazel in the eye and said, “I haven’t seen that whore since the last time the three of us meet up...and you gave me the scar.” The hellhound then gave the angel a cocky chuckle. “Hopefully that little bitch is dead and gone. She was so dreadfully annoying. ” Gil replied coldly. His red eyes continued to glare into Azazel’s. “Why do you what to know anyway? Don't tell me you still have feelings for a slut that slept with your enemy!?"

The game was set. With all the game pieces laid out on the board now the real fun could begin. Loki's role in this game though was done. He had brought the hellhound out for Azazel to have fun with, and with that his job was over. That didn't stop him from sticking around to see how things turned out, nor did that stop him from having his own fun with Guillotine. Loki knew that what he was doing was bordering around the line of suicidal. Guillotine had already bared his fangs out on the little cat just for running into him, now that the demon learned that this was a setup he would only be more pissed, factor in Loki rubbing salt into his already open wound the shifter wouldn't have much longer to live if the beast got his hands on him. Loki didn't plan to let that happen of course. The shifter was confident enough about his partner that he was sure if Gil made any moves to grab him Azazel would come to his rescue. As cocky and reckless as Loki seemed to be now, he wasn't so stupid that he would put his life at risk without taking some precautions first.
He would be safe, for now anyway. After this though all bets were off. If Gil lived after this encounter Loki had no illusions that he would have to watch his back the next time he went out for a stroll. Oh well, what did it matter. Gil would be after his blood no matter what he did after this. There was nothing that he could do to change that fate, so why not be an asshole with him now while he had the chance? It was only fair after he had to deal with death threats. Man it was satisfying to get under the hellhound's skin. Just the look on the beast's face when Loki teased him made the boy smile. He even laughed when Gil threatened to eat him for the third time that day. “Again with the dog food, man you have a one track mind don't you. Care to come up with a better threat?” the boy teased again. Oh yes Loki was having fun with this, though he was stealing a bit of the attention away from Azazel at the moment he couldn't help it. He was just getting even while he could.
Things got even better when he showed off what he had stolen from the hellhound. If he had thought Gil wasn't mad before he sure knew it now. He could practically see the smoke coming out of his ears in that moment. This was just too good. Gil's anger didn't phase the shapeshifter this time around, he didn't so much as flinch at the hellhound's ultimate glare of doom. He was just too amused to see this as anything other than hilarious. “Now that is a little better. You've finally moved past thinking with your stomach to good old fashion murder.” The boy chuckled. “Too bad that won't happen. I am sorry to disappoint you, but I made a promise long ago to keep surviving till my body gives way to old age. There is no way in a million years I will give you the chance to kill me.”
Now it was Azazel's turn to take back the spotlight. Loki stood back as Azazel came face to face with the hellhound as he tried to help the hound remember who he was. Not wanting to be a jerk to his companion Loki remained silent as the two talked, listening with interest. This was part of the reason Loki didn't want to just leave once his part of the job was done and over with. Ever since he met Azazel he was a little curious about who the man really was. It was only natural that he would be a little curious about the man he would be living with for the time being. This was his one chance to get some information while also offering assistance at the same time. It wasn't the best way of course, but it beat asking the man directly and risking having his questions thrown right back at him. While Loki wanted to know more about Azazel he wasn't willing to let the man know more about him than he needed to. There were some things that Loki didn't like to think about, let alone discuss with anyone. He was sure that there were somethings that Azazel didn't want to talk about either, but this moment would give Loki an opportunity to find those out.
So far though Loki was left with more questions than answers. The boy felt confused when the men started talking about where Azazel ended up after their last fight. What was Limbo? And why would Azazel's father send him there? Loki made a mental note to look into the place later when he had the chance, maybe he could take the risk and ask Azazel himself if he felt he could risk it. For now Loki said nothing and continued to watch the drama unfold before him. Soon enough the conversation shifted to another interesting path. Aviela. Once Azazel mentioned that name the hellhound started to smile as he talked about her. It didn't take a genius to figure out the story here between Gil, Azazel, and this mystery woman. Aviela was probably Azazel's mate or at least someone very close to him, she for one reason or another got romantically involved with Guillotine, and that sparked bad feelings between the two men. It was a story straight out of a cheesy romance story, only a lot more bloody. And would just get bloodier with Gil trying to dig at an old wound. Azazel was bound to respond badly to this, Loki was sure of it. Maybe he wouldn't need to worry about Guillotine coming after him after today after all...

As Azazel look on to the scene happen between Loki and hound. It made him feel more like a king being entertain by the two. It was funny and the fallen angel loved every second of it. As he stood inches away from his adversary, Azazel's presence was somewhat dark. For it seem that he wanted answers from the hound at nearly any cost at his own expense. He smiled more than he usually does. It was kinda sick, sinister and very terrifying to see it happen. Azazel whispered underneath his breathe to himself," Forgive me for things I will do...father." He rose his head and stared back at Gil. The intense stare down was their way of sizing one another up. This wasn't the first nor will it ever be the last the two would ever do this to one another. Azazel hated Gil's guts as much as Gil hated his. Guess this is a reason why demons and angels could never be at peace with one another. Azazel, at this point, didn't care nor wanted any peace with the likes of Gil. He look over to Loki and spoke directly to him," You might want to get some cover, Gil likes to take people I'm associated with as hostage in do or die moments." He was warning Loki of potential ideas Gil would pull once they began to fight. He didn't want another person die or get hurt because of him.
Hoping that Loki too heed to his words, Azazel and Gil began their talk. Gil asked why he was sent to Limbo. Azazel laughed some and rubbed his forehead. "Well, father hasn't been happy with those that go against his rules. I committed against one of those unforgivable rules and thus why I'm here now. Greed for wanting more is my punishment. As that pride of yours will be your downfall." Azazel smirked at Gil's eyes then continue. "Being sent to Limbo was just another part of my long punishment from home. Just gonna have to deal with it but being there I got some new things." Azazel knew that the hound would understand why after had he said that.
Azazel had asked the most question he wanted to hear the most. Aviela. She had hurl herself through his mind and he couldn't shake out even if the angel could. She was his mate when he came to New Orlands. She understood him and was faithful or at least was. When he went on a search for his falling grace, she was with him. The thought made his blood boil and when he did find out Gil had that scar and Aviela was not the same anymore.
With his red eyes staring at the mouth of the cocky hound. He waited to he finished talking before he could talk. "Whore," the word that Gil kept repeating throughout he short speech. It kept playing itself over and over in his mind and through his ears as he heard it. But yet it showed little to any emotion to Gil's words except with that wicked smile still ever so present across his mug. As the hound finished his explanation, Azazel collided his fist into Gil's gut some as he chuckled some, aiming for the middle of his abdomen. He slowly pulled his fist away and sighed some. "Now you know you should disrespect people if they're dead or not," Azazel responded coldly as he stood over the hound with one hand in his pocket and the other across his neck. "I asked so I know. She was my mate you're right about that. However, she was mine and you had your way with her. Something I can't forgive as you know." Azazel pulled his hand out of his pocket, holding his dagger as he hum some slightly. "Sh*tty pup, my feelings are unlike anyone you've ever dealt with," Azazel began as he played with the tip of his blade," Maybe I should take something from you as payment, don'tcha agree?" Azazel tilt his head to the side as he stared down at the hound.

“Yeah, whatever helps you sleep at night, Kid.”
Guillotine’s eyes darted back over to Loki. His blood red orbs glared at him for a moment. The hellhound was getting tired of the shifter’s mouth. He would do something about the smaller male once he was done dealing with Azazel. Oh yes, Gil had some fun planned for him. A little chase would be just what Gil would need to work up an appetite. He planned on tormenting the kid for a while before digging his fangs into him. It wouldn’t be any fun if he just outright murdered the kid. Gil was always the type that liked to play with his food. After giving the shifter a quick glare he looked back down at the angel and said, “You’re friend there is a dead man walking. Don’t be too surprised if he goes missing in a couple of weeks. I will find him and I will kill him.”
"hmmm?" The hellhound then cocked his head to the side. He looked confused when Azazel began to pray to god. Why on earth would he ask his father for anything, and now of all times!? Gil never understood the relationship between a god and their angels. If Gil was in Azazel’s shoes he would have tried to kill god for betraying him. But, it seemed the relationship between an angel and their creator was stronger than that. This wasn’t just all black and white, as he soon learned. When Azazel lifted his head, there was a new look in his eyes. It was a look that made Gil’s body grow tense. Guillotine gave his company a challenging stare. Was Azazel really trying to size him up? Sure, in the past the angel had whooped Guillotine’s butt. However, times have changed. Now Gil has something to fight for, his pup and his mate. Gil was hellbent on coming out on top in this confrontation. Not only did he have a hellhound form to back him up but he was a PIDA agent as well. That had to count for something.
The hellhound scoffed when Azazel spoke to Loki. Telling the smaller male that Gil was one to use hostages to get what he wanted. This was true, though, Gil would deny it. He gave the men a hearty chuckle. “I wouldn’t worry about him right now, Azazel. The little bitch will pay his dues later. Right now you are on the top of my shit list.”
“Your father sounds like a real piece of shit. I’m surprised you don’t ditch him and be a demon.“ Gil then shook his head and shrugged. ” I mean, you already act like a demon. So, why not become one?” Azazel was one of the most corrupt angels that Gil knew. Most of the others stayed true to their angelic roots. Azazel seemed to have strayed off the beaten path. No wonder God sent him to limbo. That creepy grin Azazel had on his face was reminiscent of a demon’s blood thirsty grin. This man was no angel, that was for sure. Despite having a demonic angel staring him down Gil did not falter. He would stand his ground till the bitter end.
Gil could see Azazel’s wicked smile only grow when he spoke of Aviela. What was go funny. Gil was calling his girlfriend a whore. Wait, what was this man up too? Guillotine soon found out. Not even a minute after Gil spoke Azazel decided to go on the offensive. When his fist collided with Gil’s stomach the hellhound’s breath was knocked out of him. That cocky look on his face was quickly replaced by a painful expression. If there was anything in his stomach he would have thrown it up. Instead he dry heaved. Wheezing, Gil clutched his abdomen before falling to his knees. The beast cursed the angel. He was doubled over in pain, all the while Azazel stood over him. This had gone downhill so quickly. The hellhound could feel a hand on his neck. This wasn’t good, not good at all. He didn’t need to panic. Showing fear would only get him killed. Once Guillotine caught his breath he managed to say. “Y-You fucking b-bitch.” Guillotine choked out. ” ..a-and you say I play dirty.” Azazel had his own options of Aveila that he had begun to talk about. Gil listened and thought he was dead wrong.
“T-That is w-where you are wrong. Avila had her way with m-me. She was the one who seduced me you little shit.” The hound then force a chuckle from his lips. He wanted to growl at Azazel but decided to play the cocky bitch role instead. If he got angry he would start acting stupid. Besides, he’d been through worse, right? “She was looking for a good time and she found one, Azazel. I think you are just bitter because I could satisfy her better than you ever could. Is that it? Are you sad because you were outperformed by a fucking dog?” It wasn’t in Gil’s best interest to make Azazel angry. Especially since the angel was standing above him with his hand on his neck. Gil’s statement had be false though. He really didn’t satisfy Aviela much that night. If anything he just ended up hurting her. The hound could recall the woman being covered in scratches and bruises the next morning. Despite knowing this Gil couldn’t help but to fabricate his experience with the other angel so he could get under the man’s skin.
So, now Azazel wanted to take something from him? The angel couldn’t have been talking about Akeelah and the pup could he? Gil’s heart sank for a moment. No, as far as Gil knew the angel didn’t know about his new family. That was for the best. If Azazel were to threaten his family Guillotine would have completely lost his shit. PIDA agent or not Gil wouldn't sit by and let this angel live. He would hang the man’s entrails strung up for all to see if he dared threaten their lives.
Surprisingly, enough Guillotine was actually being calm about this whole thing. Sure, Gil was mad, but oddly enough he was a bit too calm about being talked down too and punched in the stomach. Maybe so many months without being in a single fight could change a man? That didn’t seem likely. If pushed too far Gil would start swinging. He appeared to enjoy throwing verbal blows today. Maybe he should start going on the offensive too? After all Azazel had pulled out a knife by this point. Guillotine would give the angel a warning. Then he could claim self defense if he ended up causing any damage to this angel. Ah yes, now he was using that brain of his. The PIDA wouldn’t be too pleased with him if he just outright attacked the guy. Hell, they would probably end up putting him down for that. But claiming he was attacked first would help him. Getting a little roughed up would get his point across too. Was it really worth losing a body part over? Gil seemed to think so. “You do realize you are dealing with a PIDA agent, right? I can have you and shorty over there thrown behind bars. So, I’d be careful with that knife if I were you.” While talking Guillotine allowed his body to heat up. He would try to stand and push against Azazel’s hand. All the while his flesh would grow hot to the touch. The ground under him began to steam. He was getting ready to transform. “I’m not afraid of you, Azazel.” The beast’s skin began to flake off his body like ash. Guillotine then Looked up at the angel and glared at him with those blood red eyes of his. “...but you should be afraid of me.” Suddenly the male’s body erupted into a tower of flames. If Azazel didn’t pull back he would be burned.
The tower of hellfire whipped around Guillotine like a twister. Hot air surrounding the beast shimmer and warped from the extreme heat. It didn’t take long for the flames to disperse, leaving a large beastly canine to stand in Guillotine's place. It had been so long since Gil was last in this form. He felt so strong, so powerful! His ego seemed to have gotten quite a boost from this. God, how he missed it! He had his sights set on Azazel soon after the hellfire disappeared. Guillotine’s beady blood red eyes were staring him down as large amounts of drool streamed from his maw. Gil was still hungry and it appeared that Azazel was going to be on the menu his evening. A low demonic cackle erupted from Gil’s jaws as he began to move. He slowly started walking circles around Azazel. This was his usual tactic for sizing up his prey. His long sharp nails checked against the ground as he walk. The large beast’s ears stood erect on top of his head. He was trying to intimidate Azazel. A large crooked smile then stretched his lips and he said, “ It’s been a while since we've last had a confrontation like this, huh, Azazel?” The demonic canine cooed. His tail began to sway behind him. He was getting a bit excited. Gil would continue to mock Azazel from a distance like this. “Try not to disappoint me with low blows this time okay, Cupcake? ”

Loki stood quietly in the distance while the two men had their little reunion. His part to play in this meet up was over, but while it wasn't as interesting not being a part of all of this he was content with just watching the event unfold. It was probably for the best anyway. Loki wasn't much of a fighter, he had no hope of helping Azazel out in this fight with Gil. If anything he would be nothing more than a liability. If Azazel cared even a little bit about Loki's well being, then if he tried to help and ended up getting hurt instead the man might feel the need to protect him and that would cost him his life. That was the last thing that Loki wanted to have happen. He already had someone put their life on the line to protect him. Just thinking about that incident made the young man's heart ache. The circumstances were much different from this, but the end result could be the same. So he played it smart. Loki stood a safe distance away from the two so he wouldn't disturb or get in the way.
But that didn't seem to be good enough. Azazel took his eyes off of Gil to turn his crimson gaze in the boy's direction. Azazel told him to take some cover in case Gil decided to hold him hostage when things turned ugly. “Okay, okay I'll get out of your hair.” Loki replied. The shifter was sure he was pretty safe where he stood currently but he wouldn't argue with Azazel. The man did have a point, Gil was a dangerous creature. Even Loki couldn't predict what he would do once his life was on the line. So he had to take precautions. Ignoring the continuous death threats thrown his way, Loki devoted his attention on finding appropriate cover to take within his surroundings. Sadly there wasn't much places one could hide even in cat form in this alley. Hiding away from Gil was pointless to do here anyway. With such little cover and Gil's great sense of smell he would be discovered too quickly. What Loki needed was a place safely away from the fighting that would give him enough time to make a run for it, or even put him in a good position to launch an attack of his own if he had to.
Luckily for him there happened to be a perfect spot for that. Loki's eyes found their way to a small staircase running up the side of one of the buildings next to them. The stairs seemed to be leading up to the rooftop, which was convenient for someone like him. He could easily run up to the rooftop and jump to the safety of the buildings next to it to escape. It wouldn't be the first time that he jumped from roof to roof to escape enemies. The stairs themselves were small enough to give someone like Gil trouble trying to run up, and old enough that it might even collapse under the hellhound's weight. It was perfect. Loki looked back to the pair to make sure the hellhound still wasn't looking his way before he ventured up those steps. The boy climbed up high enough above the others before stopping to sit down under the railings to watch the fight. By the time that Loki made himself comfortable Azazel had Gil by the throat, and even pulled out a knife.
Loki put his hands in his pockets, putting the stupid treat in one hand while his other hand fingered the crudely made shiv he carried around with him for self defense. The weapon had never been used, but he always kept it close to his person in case he ever got in a position where he had to fight for his life or for others. Today might be the day he had to use it. It didn't look like it right now while Azazel had Gil in his grasp but Gil still was strong enough to turn the tides. Things could change at any moment. Which did happen. It didn't take long for the hellhound to burst into flames and take on his true form. The heat was so intense he could feel it from here. Crap, things are going to get ugly now the boy thought as he watched the beast circle his companion below. He would have to keep his eye on the situation, he couldn't let things get too bad for Azazel here. If Gil beat Azazel they would both be dead. Even if Loki escaped this fight it was only a matter of time before Gil tried to hunt him down. Not like he would run if he thought Azazel would die if he left. He didn't want anyone else he knew to die on him again. He'd sooner die trying to protect the angel than let that happen.

A demon. Hmm, another Lucifer, huh? Oh God that's a good one. Azazel acted as a demon. Now that was truly rich for the fallen angel to hear that from the hound. It made him chuckle some as he steadily had Gil in the grasp of his red eyes. It truth, Angels could be corrupted and become their polar opposites on the amount of things they did to others. But only one way that they could ever keep their holiness and that was simply by repenting. Repent for all the transgressions that they had committed, whether it be any of the seven deadly sins. Repenting was the best and only option for anyone to do.. But Gil was right about one thing. Azazel was corrupted and it was apparent to anyone that stood toe to toe with him. " Never have I claim to be a saint. But I rather not be damned for my sins by my father to the pits of hell with the likes of you." Azazel scoffed at Gil after finishing that short speech.
For a moment as Gil talk down about Aviela, it did get Azazel a bit, hardly showed that pissed-off expression, which led to his fist colliding into the gut of the hound. As he held on the neck of the hound, the dog just seem not flatter and steady bark more than bite. Azazel sighed and responded to him coldly," Did I not just say I'm far from being a saint?" Azazel was getting annoyed a bit but shrugged it off as he stared down at the dog. Gil continued to speak ill of Aviela. How he laid with him. How he perform. How she was with him. Gil claim Azazel to be bitter about the things they did together that it was all out of jealously. Azazel rose his head up and stared at the sky for a moment. He thought some as the silence between had come. Suddenly the angel spoke," Hmm, I'm bitter, huh? I'm bitter because of Aviela laid in bed with a dog like you. Hmm that would give this altercation a meaning for me." Azazel kept staring at the sky with that wicked grin getting wider and darker. " Yet as always your bark is all talk. Outperformed by a dog, that's really rich for a sh*tty dog to say." Azazel couldn't actually believe what he had just said, it seem that his sin of Greed is making him being nonchalant and comical on about them screwing one another. It look like what Gil said about him earlier, a demonic creature the angel was becoming and yet he didn't really care.
After that brief moment of taking payment from the dog, Gil seem to have taken that harder than the blow to his gut. The hound was saying things that Azazel didn't care about. The PIDA, he heard about them before when he first came to the city. They were some big-shot organization that kept the supernaturals in check, right? Azazel rose an eyebrow to Gil's threat about the PIDA coming after him. Normally Azazel wouldn't want this much attention for it always negative than positive. However at this moment, Gil was spewing out these threats made this sweeter than it was suppose to be. " So you join an organization, do you want a treat?" Azazel mocked the hound, gripping tighter onto his blade. "If they come after me, so be it. I'll come to terms with it but know I'm not afraid of dying but I'm sure they are." Azazel let that sink in his and the hound's mind. Azazel had lived a long life but death was something he was no longer afraid of for things could be a lot worse than that for him.
Azazel thought a bit that this confrontation was gonna be very one-sided as he already immobilized the dog with his heavy gut punch, pinned him down with his hand on his neck while ready to strike him down with his blade. Azazel kind of got upset at the facts. Suddenly the dog was pushed up against his tight hold of his neck. Azazel chuckled up some as Gil's skin started to get hot. He felt the burning attacking his skin as he continue to held onto Gil's neck. Now it was getting interesting. Azazel release his hold as he wanted to watch the transformation of Gil's form. It was a marvel for him to see that sight, bring back old memories that he couldn't help but cherish. "Afraid of you? Don't make me laugh little pup. I'll show you the definition of real fear." Azazel watched the clouds suddenly dispersed from the twister caused by Gil. He just stood there, taking off his jacket and tossing it to the side. The time for talk was over, it was time for a fight and boy was it going to be a tough one. It hadn't been a while since Azazel fought. In Limbo he had to fight against other lost souls there, trying to find their way out by any cost. That blade of his had seen the deaths of many but it has been a long time since he had fought the hellhound. Azazel pop his neck from side to side and slowly took his time popping his fingers as his eyes look around the alley for possible chances of leverages. He smiled and directed his attention back to the fully form hellhound that stood before him.
Gil started to circle around him but Azazel simply laugh to himself. " Now don't making yourself dizzy, I don't want any excuses once I kick your ass." Azazel tensed the dog as he just stood still there in the middle. He thought for a moment, averting his eyes to the side at Loki. He smiled at him and gave a small nod, as he knew he was safe. He turned his attention back to Gil with his blade armed and ready to strike. Gil began to reflect on the past as the previous altercations led to them both being battered and bruised. "Indeed it has little pup," Azazel stated as he agreed with the hound for once. Azazel was getting a bit anxious as he tapped one foot behind his leg as the dog kept mocking from a distance. " I would say the same for you. Let's see what I can leave and take from you this time." Azazel grinned widely as he whispered a small prayer again but this one was different," Father forgive me as I'm not pure nor evil, allow this son of yours embrace his full strengthen. Amen."

“Well, your father seems to think you are on the same level as a demon.” The hellhound scoffed as he continued to round his prey. Blood red eyes watched their new captive intently. He was waiting for Azazel to make the wrong move. If the angel were to slip up at all Guillotine would attack him. Weakness was a sign Gil looked for in his prey. Azazel, at the moment, didn’t seem to be showing any signs of backing down. The man didn’t cower at the paws of the mighty hellhound. No, the angel stood his ground and would be rewarded for doing so. His skin would be spared for the time being. Gil would keep his distance before starting an attack.
Oh yes, this situation looked fairly familiar. Guillotine had been in countless battles in his life. Standoffs like this would always play on his anxiety. He wanted to lunge and attack his opponent with fangs bared. He wanted to run up to Azazel and bury his incisors into the angel’s flesh. But, Gil knew better than that now. He wouldn’t charge headfirst into battle like he used too. His medication, though a very little dosage, was already ridding his brain of that dreadful instinct that got him into trouble over the years. With that little voice in the back of his head gone Gil could finally concentrate enough to use his brain. Today Gil was going to play it smart. He would think outside of the box to win this fight. Besides, he had a lot to lose.
If the scaly beast wanted to be a father to his pups he would have to win this fight. Or, at the very least, try not to die. Gil’s body could take a lot of hits. That he knew for a fact. Surely he could handle handle anything the angel were to dish out. Suppose that was the cocky attitude that could either get him killed or have him come out on top in this fight. Either way it was too late to turn back now. The angel continued to taunt him. Would he ever shut his trap? Gil wanted to rip his tongue out of his mouth. Suppose the angel did not realize the gravity of the situation. Gil would call for PIDA back up if he were to get into serious trouble.
Azazel’s final words did seem to pinch a nerve within Gil’s skull. The man said he was going to take something away from him. What could that mean? Just what was Azazel going to strip from the hellhound that stood before him? An ear, a nose, maybe his leg? A gruesome idea popped into Gil’s skull. Was this angel going to castrate him? Well, it wasn’t like he had anything to shield his private parts. He was a dog for gods sake he didn’t wear any clothes. This only meant he was an easy target, right? It wasn’t like he could do anything about this though, even in his human form he would be in danger of losing his pride. He would just have to be extra careful.
Soon after threatening Gil the angel began to pray. Guillotine’s thick frame suddenly stood rigid. He could barely believe his ears. Was this man praying!? Really? Did the angel wanted his father to answer? This must be a sick joke. A loud boisterous chuckle surged from Guillotine's maw. He looked up to the heavens and continue to laugh. His demonic call rattled the windows in the buildings around them. This was too funny. After lowering his head his laugh had died to down to a chuckle. He made one more trott around the angel as he spoke, “Your father will not help you here angel. You are amidst the mortal now. He cannot save you.” The beast drew close to a trash can. Then with a sick grin he said. “Your prayers mean nothing!” With a swift kick the beast sent the trashcan flying towards Azazel. He hoped this would be a good distraction. Soon after the beast rushed towards Azazel. His long nails clicked against the concrete as he rushed forward. If he could he would lower his head and try to headbutt the man with that thick skull of his. If Azazel didn’t do something he was about to be charged by a large beast. Gil knew if he could knock Azazel onto the ground this fight would be over in a matter of minutes.

Azazel listened to hound mock him about his father. He chuckled some as it was true possibly that he was being treated just like Lucifer and was considered a demon in his eyes. But he hasn't heard it from the guy himself. So it was somewhat irrelevant to think about it at this point. That would be an issue for him to think about another time on his own once again. Maybe without a trip to limbo as he search for answers before. Now it was time to focus against his longtime foe, Gil the hellhound. The hellhound has been a thorn in his side for the longest and the confrontation between them would be another chapter in their timeline. He thought that once they could coexist with one another but that just didn't seem like it. Their egos were too big for either of them to back down to one another. He didn't mind it nor did he care at this point. Azazel figured that Gil didn't either. Azazel didn't show any fear as the dog circled around him. Azazel wasn't going to back down against this dog for the point that he was a dog and beneath him.
As Azazel prayed, the hound was making it apparent that he thought Azazel was idiotic for praying up to his father. Gil was cleared that he didn't believed that God has forgotten the fallen Angel. Azazel just smirk at hound's comment. Now normally that get underneath Azazel's skin but it was true and he knew it. "My father may forsaken me but I'm not forgotten." When he rose his head up from praying, he was met with a trashcan being flung towards his direction. His eyes widen some from the sudden attack from the hound. He mumbled underneath his breathe," Damn, the dog is actually using his head on this." Azazel had to think fast or he would be hit by the trashcan, he decided to side-step some to the side. He accomplished in dodging that for the moment but he had to face a new, charging huge dog coming his way. He stared the dog charging like a battering ram towards him. He had little choice for he would have little time to dodge the dog. However, he quickly block with his forearms , taking the hit as he slide back against the ground. He grunt some, that hurt more than it was supposed he thought. He shook it off as he quickly stood up and smirk at the dog. "That was a good one, you're thinking about what you're gonna do," Azazel step forward some, twirling his blade as it started to be coax with blue flames," I didn't expect that. I'm impressed. Now It's my turn to impress you." Azazel stop some from the dog before he lunges low forward quickly towards Gil. He made it seem like he was going to swing at Gil's legs but that wasn't the case. Azazel swung his blade upwards at dog''s face. It as all for an distraction as he brought up his knees quickly after the slash towards the chin of Gil. If he was able to land this, his elbow would be able to collide with the dogs skull. Only if Gil was able to react just as quick enough to response to Azazel's moves.

High levels of adrenaline was coursing through Guillotine’s veines. He could feel it. The beast was so hyped that his tail began to wag as he charged Azazel. Gil just couldn’t wait to dig his fangs into the angel’s flesh. But first he needed to put him on the ground. Copious amounts of drool seeped from hellhounds mouth. He was anticipating a bloody mess. The beast was sure he’d get the angel this time. Gil was hell bent on causing this angel as much damage as possible. Taking a limb or two would make a pretty good snack. Though, If Gil could managed to eat the whole angel then he would be set for the rest of the evening.
Azazel seemed stunned by the trashcan at first. This gave Gil just enough time to approached him. However, the angel was quick on his feet. The man’s reflexes was what saved him today. Instead of getting hit by the trashcan the angel stepped out of it’s way. If only the hit langed, Gil would be munching on his body by now. But, alas, it wasn’t meant to be. Guillotine wouldn’t let this discourage him. After all, the trashcan had done most of it’s job. It served as a decent distraction. When Gil charged Azazel seemed to be ready for him. The angel gave him a challenging stare. This stare did manage to intimidate Gil a bit. Too bad the hound was too closer to stop now. The hound managed to make contact. The moment Gil langed the hit he gave Azazel a fearsome growl. This angel was like a brick wall. Gil managed to get the man on the ground. However, the man held the beast back with his forearm. All the while Azazel began to mock Gil, though really, the hellhound took his words as a complement. “Flattery will get you no where.” The beast grumbled, some drool slid down the sides of his mouth.
Then, to Gil’s horror, the angel stood up. This left Gil feeling a bit uneasy. Azazel was going to be difficult to take out. Azazel then began to show off his blade while taunting Gil. The man said he was going to impress the hound. Gil merely snorted in response. What could he possibly do? Soon, Gil found out.
Azazel swung his blade down, looking as if he were going after the hound’s legs. Gil smirked, he thought the angel was so predictable. The male reared back onto his back paw like a horse. Little did he know he was being fooled. Instead of going after Gil’s legs the angel swung his blade up. Gil tried tilding his head back as the blade grazed his chin. Now feeling a bit off balanced the hound tried to lower himself down only to be struck by Azazel yet again. It all happened in seconds. With is beady blood red eyes looking at the blade the hellhound did not see Azazel’s arm. The beast only knew it was coming when he felt something hit his skull. A loud yipe streamed from his maw. What had this angel done to him? Lifting his paws the male pushed them outward intent on pushing Azazel away from him.

As Azazel had prepared himself before attacking, he saw a little bit of fear within Gil's eyes. He smirk some as he took that carefully before going on with his next attack. When he charged up to the dog, he was happy that some of his blows laid on the dog's chin and crown of his skull. His smile turned to a bit a pain as he was shoved back against the wall by Gil's push. He groan and grimace at the fact that his back collided against the cold hard, brick wall. He stumbled a bit as he regain his composure as quick as possible. He look over at the hound and laugh at his stumble state. "Step 1. Stun thy enemy." The angel had said as he twirl his blade some, leaning off the wall. " You feel that state of shock ,huh shitty pup? That's me knocking that ugly mug off that neck. Now stay like that it will soon be over." The angel was mocking the dog in his current state and continued to twirl his blade in his hand as he gain back his momentum. He stated the dog and kept his wicked eyes on him.
Azazel stop for a moment as he continuously stared at the dog's condition. He wanted to hurt the dog more and more with each passing second but at the same time he didn't want to be bored. It would be boring that he won the fight this early. He wouldn't like that very much either. For Azazel was enjoying this a bit too much and he wanted to keep it going. He knew he had to make it a bit entertaining. Well at least for his sake. Azazel stop twirling the blade, raising the blade high in the air as he started to mock the hellhound. "Here Gil. Here boy. Catch the knife." He chuckled as he shook the blade, it was getting coaxed with his blue flames and dances on his blade. He chuckled as he threw the blade directly towards Gil's side. If he wouldn't react fast enough, this battle would surely be over and Azazel would take whatever he wanted from the dog at a moment's in exchange for Gil messing with his property. Azazel smirk some as he decided that if the blade would miss that he would jump up into the air and try to strike down at the hound once again as his rapid pace.

This situation had gone from bad to worse in a matter of seconds. Guillotine thought he had the upper hand in his battle. Oh, how wrong he was. Gil managed to use his wit to get him this far. Now all of his efforts seemed to have gone to waste. When the tables suddenly turned Gil could feel his cocky attitude start to fade away. The hound knew he was getting into some deep trouble. If Azazel did, indeed, take something from Guillotine he would surely bleed to death. There was no one around to back him up. The hound was on his own. Even if there was someone around Gil doubted it would make a difference. Azazel was proving to be a formidable foe. Gil’s tail had stopped wagging by this point in the fight. His bony, grey, tail began to slowly tucked between his legs. The beast hated to show his fear, however, fear was very much present at this time. Azazel appeared to have changed since the start of the fight. The angel was relatively calm at first, but now he was losing it. Guillotine could see it in his eyes. The man was out for blood this time around.
Guillotine’s chin hurt like hell and his head was throbbing. Azazel struck as fast as a snake with those attacks of his. The hound did not stand a chance against this angel. Gil was lucky he didn’t aim his blade towards a vital organ. Instead he stuck to teasing the hellhound. Azazel produced little, yet effective, hits. Ones that seemed to stun Gil. Azazel was playing with his so called prey. Thinking this only made Gil’s temperament worse. He was beginning to get tired of being teased. Right now Gil just wanted the man to get away from him before he cause more damage. So using his powerful paws he managed to push Azazel away. The force managed to knock the angel into a wall. For a brief moment Guillotine was pleased. It was about time he got a hit in. He lowered himself back onto his paws. Then to his horror the angel appeared to be okay. Hell, he even continued to tease Gil.
With his confidence dwindling the hound released a loud warning growl. He then began to slowly back away from Azazel. Guillotine’s ears pulled back against his sore skull. The male tail slowly tucked between his legs once again. This he could not help. However, he could try to make himself seem more viscous. He wasn't liking this, not in the least. Guillotine’s mind was beginning to race. With fear setting in Guillotine's more intelligent side was starting to disappear. He was reverting back to his more instinctual side.
Gil watched as Azazel like a hawk. Those blood red eyes were locked onto him. He watched as Azazel began to twirl his blade. All the while he continued to mock Gil. The angel’s blade produced a blue flame. If he was to be stabbed with that heated blade it would be devastating. There wasn’t a doubt in Gil’s mind that it would slide through him like a hot knife through butter. Scales or not, the underside of his massive body was weak. If the angel aimed for his back Gil was safe. However, If the blade managed to hit his underside Gil was sure he would be done for. The beast’s body began to grow tense. When Azazel threatened him the hound merely growled.
Guillotine couldn’t quite believe his ears. Was this man trying to get him to play fetch with a blade? Of course Gil didn’t want to play fetch. He wanted to tear Azazel’s face off for teasing him like that! Feeling cornered the hellhound did the dumbest thing that he could do. He charged towards Azazel. With his fangs bared the beast rushed towards his next target. Too bad he wouldn’t get to taste the angel’s flesh. Instead he was met with a sharp pain.
The beast released a loud earth rumbling roar when the knife pierced his flesh. It’s tough blade sliced through the thin tissue that sat just under his shoulder. The scale around that area was thin enough to allow the knife to slice through. It went through to the hilt. The beast reared back, falling onto his back as he flopped onto the ground. The large beast tore at the ground below him as he continued to writhe in pain. A symphony of grunts and growls streamed from his throat. He couldn't quite believe what had just happened. While trying to attack he had let his guard down. Now Gil was paying the price. He lay there on his side, it took the hound a minute or two to regain his senses. It didn’t take long for him to think of removing the knife. Hell, that had been his first thought. That wasn't the smartest thing to do in this situation. Especially if he had to return to his human form in order to remove it.
Suddenly, Guillotine’s beastly frame began to smolder and catch fire. When the flames dispersed there lay Gil. The male looked tired as he forced himself to sit up. His whole body was trembling. Those blood red eyes of his looked down at the knife. The wound looked deep, as the blade was hidden by bloodied flesh and tissue. Being the idiot that he was the hound grasped the knife’s handle with his good hand and tried to pull it out. At first it didn’t budge. Guillotine cursed to himself. If he was going to do this he needed to do it now. The man tried again. This time he was slowly starting to pull it out. The hound looked up at Azazel as he began to pull the blade from his flesh, wincing painfully as he did so. All the while his rage was starting to build. Under the growls of pain was a deep desire to kill this man and that was what Gil wanted to do. “I’ll fucking end you!” He barked from the ground. At this point Gil felt scared, pissed off, and cornered. All of this was a recipe for disaster.

Oh what fun it was to be a fly on the wall of this confrontation. Well, Loki was no fly, but he was a silent observer watching the events unfold from the safety of his perch. There was plenty of amusement to be had from watching Azazel and Guillotine size each other up and run their mouths. Both men were prideful, strong, and hated each others guts beyond imagine. Loki could tell that much from where he was sitting. And it was all for a girl. It was always about a girl. Males in the animal world were prong to throwing their lives down over a pretty female. These two were no exception to that rule. Loki didn't know whether he should laugh or feel pity for Azazel and Gil. Aviela had to be something special, at least for Azazel if they were all but ready to tear each others throats out over her. There was a lot in this conversation that Loki didn't understand, but the whole cheating thing he got.
Where was Aviela anyway? Where was the woman that started this all? The little shifter wasn't sure what to think of the missing female. Why would she cheat on her mate with someone like this dog? Guillotine didn't seem like much of a looker in his book, what with his intimidating stature, and evil glint in his eye. At most he had the whole 'bad boy' thing going for him. But so did Azazel. There was little about the hellhound that struck Loki as charming enough to make any woman fall for him. There had to be some reason why this mystery woman cheated on her mate. The only way to find that out was to find her. Gil was the only one who could answer that question. That was the reason Azazel sent Loki to look for him. But Azazel seemed to have forgotten that. Somewhere between all the bad mouthing and death stare match the angel to have forgotten what he was here for.
Loki could only watch in silence as things escalated to violence quickly. This was something he had expected to happen soon after meeting Guillotine. The shifter only knew Azazel for a short time, and Guillotine even less so, but he could tell that they were both just ticking time bombs. It was only a matter of time before one of them blew up. Gil was the first one to strike, he was smart enough to use his surroundings as leverage in the battle but things didn't go in his favor. Azazel was strong, fast, and smart enough to counter the hellhound at every turn. Loki smiled as he watched the angel beat the hellhound down. It was about time that Guillotine got what was coming to him. But as things progressed the shifter's smile died. It wasn't like Loki had any feelings towards the hellhound named Gil that would make him feel sorry for the guy. Gil did after all threaten to kill him on more than one occasion. It was in his best interest that Gil died here today. But looking at Azazel made him feel differently on that. Something in Azazel changed. He noticed it the instant that the angel's eyes fell on Gil, but it was even more apparent now.
Azazel was not the nicest guy around. He seemed kind of scary when Loki first met him. But there was a nice side to the guy. That side had vanished now. The man standing down below was a vengeful, bloodthristy, monster getting ready to surface, and Loki wasn't sure that he liked it. Was this the kind of guy he was working for? It wasn't like he had much of a choice for who he worked for. They had an agreement and Loki was just trying to maintain it. It wasn't the first time that Loki had ever done something shady before. But even he had standards. Most of his crimes were petty at best. Nothing big enough to get someone else killed. But this was different. Gil wouldn't be here if it wasn't for him. If Gil died it would be his fault. Could he live with himself if it came to that? Could he work for someone that might be a killer?
“Azazel...” Loki couldn't just sit by and be silent anymore. He needed to do something. “Did you forget why you are here? I thought you wanted the grumpy pup over there some questions. So far you only asked him the one, and he hasn't given you much of an answer yet.” the boy said. Loki was not mad enough to jump in between them to protect some bastard that he didn't really care for but he could manipulate the ultimate objective around to keep Gil alive, at least for a few minutes. “The dog might be a nuisance and all, but he's worth keeping alive...and in one piece so long as he cooperates. I don't think he has much of a choice but to cooperate in his current condition. Don't you doggy?” Loki grinned down at Guillotine. The hellhound was probably too dumb to notice his true intentions here, but he hoped he was clever enough to take the bone thrown at him if he wanted to survive. “So start over. Try to get some information out of him before you start breaking bones.”

The scene was something that was out of an horror movie that Azazel saw. The main protagonist had been beat battered and bruised by his attacker. The guy was still talking crap to the guy to his dying breathe. As the attacker rose up his weapon into the air for the final blow, the screen suddenly goes black with the sound of the blood being splatter. It was exactly like that or near it. Azazel had beaten the dog down to a bloody mess than any encounter they ever had. The sight of blood and hearing the pain grunts from Gil caused this scene to be different from all of the rest. This version of Azazel wasn't something he was fond of. It really show his ugly side. The side that cause him to be sent to earth by God and be thrown into Limbo. The fallen angel was deem the name: Azazel the avaricious. This sin has pushed him to commit horrible acts to get what he wanted. Azazel knew about this side and sometimes acknowledge as it pushed his abilities to different heights when he was denying. However, Azazel steadily was nothing more than ashamed of what it led him to do.
Azazel started to walk over to the body of Gil. Azazel stared down with such malicious at the body of Gil that was writhing away from the blade piercing his side. The feeling was very sweet to Azazel as he continued to stare down at Gil. He had pick up the blade that Gil removed from his body. " Shitty dog, still talking crap? You have some balls. Maybe I should take that." Azazel threaten as he laugh out loud for a moment. He reach down to grab Gil by the neck, and press him against the wall. He slightly squeezed and clench tight around the dog's neck. He was enjoying this too much. Inside of his mind, the voice of reason had kind of disappear at this moment and whatever he was trying to do wasn't reasoning to his thirst.
Suddenly that voice of reason came back loud and up in his ear as Azazel was readying his blade to take the final blow. Loki was still there. Azazel had completely forgot about him being there. He thought Loki had disappear or left to Azazel to his conquest against the dog. As Loki began, Azazel's arm slowly lower itself down to his reasoning and loosen his grip of the blade in his hand to the ground. It was getting cold but Azazel felt it like bone-chilling winter that getting at his spine. He continued to listen to the kid, which slowly reverted his eyes back to normal to his regular grey ones. He release his grip of Gil, watching him fall down to the ground before the angel. Azazel turn around and patted the kid's head, giving off a warm smile. "Appreciate you kid.Thank you for reminding me what I needed to do." He turn back around to the hound and kneel down to meet his face with Gil's. He sighed some as he mumbled underneath his breathe. Azazel had regain his focus and had to thank the kid. He knew Loki would help him be better in controlling that sin of his. He stared at the dog's face before speaking," I'm not sorry of what I did to you. I believe you nothing but a pup that I will one day end." Azazel paused for a moment, cough some to the side. " However, I still need answers about Aviela and the city. Two questions, P.I.D.A did they have anything to do with Aviela being gone and know about me? Secondly, what has change about the city?" Azazel kept an docile expression across his face, the smile was gone and his demeanor was different from the one earlier. Azazel wanted to know if P.I.D.A did anything to Aviela but more about the city he once roam.

It was time for him admit defeat. There was nothing Guillotine could do now. The hound had lost this battle today. God, what was he thinking? Guillotine should have answered Azazel’s questions and just walked away. But being the hellhound that he was of course he had to start a fight. This scuffle was quickly coming to an end and now he was laying there with a bloody wound. This happened to Gil time and time again. Guillotine would initiate a fight then get put in his place. As Guillotine sat there he thought about this. Why was he so weak? Could he really call himself a real hellhound after he had been beaten by this angel multiple times? He was a pitiful excuse for a demon. He needed to get stronger. Not only for himself but for his pup as well.
Man, what would Akeelah think? Guillotine got into yet another fight, and now he was bleeding out like a pig in a slaughterhouse. What would become of her and the pup if Gil died today? The hound had to shake the idea out of his head. He couldn’t bare to think about this! Now wasn’t the time to be pondering things anyway. Maybe if he rolled onto his back and tucked his tail between his legs he could get away with his life? Though, really, that seemed unlikely. Guillotine looked Azazel in the eye. The angel had lost his sanity. It was clear that he was out for blood. A sense of fear began to rise within Gil. Was Azazel going to kill him?
The angel said something that cause Gil to shudder. Azazel wanted to neuter him. He didn’t appear to be joking about that either. The man knelt down and picked up the bloodied knife. Fear could be seen in Guillotine’s eyes when Azazel approached him. For once in his life he was terrified. Those blood red eye of his widened, and his body began to tremble. It had been quite some time since Gil had been this scared. He continued to clutched his blooded wound. When the angel got too close the hound gave him a weak growl. “G-Get away from me-” Guillotine was silenced when Azazel grabbed his throat. All the hellhound could think at that moment was that he was going to die. He was preparing himself for a tremendous amount of pain. If Azazel went through with his plan here Gil would surely bleed to death.
The angel didn’t hesitate to tighten his grip on the squirming hound. Gil was tried his best to loosen the hold, but Azazel wasn’t having it. The beast tried to call out. His pain filled cries merely came out as a grunt. With nothing else left to lose Guillotine attempted to fight back. He grabbed Azazel’s arm with his bloody hands and tried to dig his nails into the man’s flesh. This did not seem to help. Hell, it made things worse. It didn’t help that Gil was slowly beginning to tire from the lack of air. For a moment or two he even became light headed. When Azazel began to lift the hound off the ground Gil’s lungs began to ache. With the last of his strength he tried to grip Azazel’s arm tighter, though his own grip was weakening. With his pale face beginning to turn blue Gil was slowly seeping into unconsciousness. This situation was almost ironic. A demon begin killed by an angel. It was almost meant to happen. Gil was beginning to accept his fate. He was going to die. That is, until a very unlikely person came to his rescue.
Guillotine loathed the idea of being saved by the very being that he had tried to eat before. Though, deep down he was thankful. The little cat came down to stop Azazel. The hound wasn’t sure what had possessed Loki to do this. After all, Gil did threaten the cat multiple times before. He did intend on killing the feline after his fight with Azazel. Now, things began to change. Gil would second guess his intentions when it came to this little ball of fluff.
Suddenly, Azazel released Guillotine. The hound fell to the ground hard, landing on his butt. The beast released a loud whimper when he hit the ground. His anxiety still lingered. Was Azazel going to attack him again? Panting, Gill looked up at Azazel and Loki. The feline continued to talk, his words calmed the angel’s rage. Thankfully for Gil, he was going to be spared tonight.
When Azazel turned to look Guillotine in the eye the hound shyed away. He had almost jumped out of his skin when they made eye contact. Azazel then got down to Gil’s level. The hound did not like this. Azazel had gotten in his face. Gil felt very uncomfortable. He attempted to pushed his body back against the cool brick wall. There was no where else he could go. Whether he liked it or not, he had to face this man. When the man spoke Gil didn’t dare look him in the eye, not after that dreadful experience. Instead he turned his head to the side when Azazel began to ask more questions. This was a sign of submission. Azazel managed to do something very few people could accomplish. He got Gil to submit to him. “I-I don’t know w-where she is.” Just moments ago the beast was on cloud nine. He thought he had the world in his hands. Now that he was been knocked down a few pegs the male began to realize just how weak he was. When Azazel asked about the PIDA and the city Gil took a moment to think about his answer. A lot had changed in his own life. But when it came to the city did it really change at all? Perhaps he should tell Azazel of Axium? Wait, that’s it!
A devious plot began to materialize within Guillotine’s head. If he sent Azazel to Axium would they kill him? That sounded like a brilliant idea! However, the more Gil thought about it the more unlikely it seemed. For one he didn’t know where Axium was, and two, the place would probably keep Azazel alive. Sure they would experiment on him, but wouldn’t that make him even more powerful? Guillotine wanted this angel dead. He’d have a better chance getting rid of Azazel though the PIDA. With a sigh Gil said, “A-As for you, I might have mentioned you to my roommate. PIDA, t-they don’t know about you…” Yet The hellhound snorted to himself. He was planning on turning Azazel in. He’d already caused Gil so much trouble over the years. Why not have the organization put this man down for him?
The hellhound then looked down at his wound. He continued to clutch it with his hand. Tiny streams of blood were seeping between his pale fingers. He needed to get to the hospital, but it appeared Azazel wasn’t going to let him go until he finished his interrogation. The male grumbled before continuing, if he were a human he’d be dead by now. Guillotine groaned. “N-Nothing much has changed. The PIDA keeps supernaturals on a tight leash. However, there have been a few unlawful supernaturals causing a ruckus from time to time. It has nothing to do with your stupid m-mate though…”
