NEW INFORMATION As most of you know Mental, Guil, and I have been working on updating RS. A lot of edits have been made, some old features have been removed, some brought back, and new features added. Out of all the changes here are some of the ones that are important for you to know. Here is a list of what you need to know. Applications This is one of the first major changes that we the staff have made. For starters, we separated the approved section from the submit the applications board to its own separate board. All approved applications will be kept in that place for now on, while any new applications being made will stay in the old board. In the new approved applications board there are a lot of new categories to keep everything neat and organized. Some of the new categories of importance are the PIDA and Axium boards. There you can find some of the occupations available for both organizations, now including military roles. The most important feature in this board is the Application Changes thread. This thread is designed for informing the staff of any changes to approved character bios. No matter what changes you want to make you HAVE to go through staff. This thread is just a convenient way for both sides to get that done. Along with the new approved board I have added a few new subboards in the original applications board. Those boards are: Pending Applications: Where new bios have to be posted up before a mod can approve them. The Orphanage: Where anyone can claim available canon characters of the board, make any characters for specific plots for others to adopt, and to post requests to have old characters to be removed from the site. The last new board added is the Flashback board. This board was made for those who wish to do any roleplays around your character's past. Those threads can be from their life before crossing into this world, or any time in their past that you wish to play out. Now with that stuff out of the way I am going to move on to the last, and probably most important change. The application template. As some of you already know, mental has been working on a new template to replace the current one we have. Since we will be using that template for now on, all existing bios need to change. Once the new application is finished everyone will need to resubmit their characters for approval. You will be notified when the time comes.
