The night was always lovely, nice and quiet. No humans around to stare and scream at her. Her ears were normally in their down position but she could still move them. The forest was a place she was getting used to. True she was fine with her den in the old city quarters but this place was much better. No loud noises and people stumbling upon you. Course she didn't know of the supernatural creatures that roamed around here. She didn't really know any other supernatural creatures in terms of meeting them and hearing about em. The chimera did try to avoid people ever since the death of her master, the man who was always coming to the lab to care for her.
As such, she didn't know how to hunt. She only knew how to scavenge around the city dumpsters to find her food. Another thing she didn't know was that this place was probably part of someone else's territory such a thing was foreign to her. Coming to a halt, her ears twitched as she heard something else moving around.

The trees whispered of a strange creature entering the forest in search for something.what was this creature and what did it want? Food? A friend? Both the forest guardian could provide. She knew where all the little animals slept or where they hunted. The friend part the greater kitsune could fulfill her self. But what if the creature didn't like tricks and pranks?
In the distance a ball of light could be seen coming to the foreign being of the forest, as Spirit got closer for inspection, the 'little' girl peeked though the bushes. Giggling the kitsune pulled her self back and her fox fire ball disappeared. Spirit loved being a little child in the forest. She could often scare people with her pranks Luke this. Voice echoing, an adult combined with a child voice spoke. "What's your name? What are you? Are you hungry? Do you want to play? We can play hide and seek! Its really fun."
The giggling echoed again and a different bush rustled, and then another and another. "Do you wanna play?" The voice finally asked. Spirit was definitely a mischievous kitsune.

Ears raised slightly as her white gaze landed upon a ball of light that was heading toward her. Echinda took a few steps back though the ball seemed to halt all on it's own. Then a voice started speaking. Was it human or animal? Would it understand her no matter what she said. Though for a moment, she could spy a child. A human child. This caused Echinda to take several more steps back afraid. Even though the 'child' was harmless, she was still worried.
"E....Echin...Echinda..." Echinda answered, trying to say her name in human since she thought the 'girl' was human. "Chimera..."
Hide and seek? What was that? Echinda tilted her head, confused by the question. Play was something she hadn't been able to do with the scientist she knew. He had her do different things but none of it was called play. At least from what she understood. hearing the bushes rustling, she turned her gaze about. Trying to find the source though that voice started again.
"P...Play? W...hat play?" Echinda asked confused.

Spirit tilted her head and watched the creature before her. She seemed confused, lost, and scared even. As she spoke her name and species she seemed to have a hard time forming the words. Perhaps English was hard? What about animal? Giggling to her self. Of course it could speak animal. It wasn't human.
Climbing up a tree and then swinging down, one of her nine tails wrapped around a branch to keep her self up, the kitsune giggled. "If English is hard for you to speak, then it is fine I'd you speak animal~ " she said. Jumping down she cautiously walked forward. "You can call me spirit~ and play is when you have fun doing something with another person! Have you never played before?"
The 'little girl' circled around the large looking creature and giggled. Bouncing the ball once on the ground she smiled. "There are a lot of types of play you can do~

Echinda tilted her head confused. Since when could a human child speak animal? Such a thing was hard for her to understand since she didn't know about the supernatural. Spirit? That sounded like a more normal name compared to her own name. So strange....Echinda...did it have a meaning? Names usually had meaning from what she learned from the scientist.
"I've never played before." Echinda replied in animal. "The man never really seemed to be interested in that sort of thing."

Fox eyes peered at her and Spirit blinked. She seemed confused, was it because if the way the girl spoke? Giggling again she bounced her ball. The man? Who was that?
"The man wasn't interested in playing? But everyone wants to play!"
((Ooc: sorry DX ))
