Okay, two full moons and this was already getting on his nerves greater than the anxiety of not knowing. Course what was he to expect? The thing that annoyed him most was the pain and not really being able to sleep all that well. Oh well, he finally got a mission and he was going on it. After all that was his job. He couldn't let his personal problems get the best of him. What was the mission again? Oh yeah, stop this imp from stealing things that sounded....easy. That sounded easy. Plus the fact that he had someone to act as a partner for now, at least for this mission.
Turning his gaze about, he didn't remember the last full moon. Of course he doubted he'd ever will remember what happened on those nights. A sigh left him as he stood there, not due to waiting for the temporary partner but really due to his uncertainty. His first mission and he was already worrying, for more than one reason. Having his hand on his left shoulder, he soon removed it from there and shook his head. The sound of a car horn was normally painful for any human but now it was unbearable.
(ooc: -faceplant- Sorry horrible starter.)

Guillotine was a bit too excited to be going out on this mission. This would be the first assignment where he wouldn’t be accompanied by Jesse or John. The young hound had been pleased to hear that the PIDA was loosening the reigns a bit. After his last mission with Jesse the organization felt it necessary to allow him to go on a mission with other agents. After picking his mission he was told to meet his partner out on the field. It was simple enough. During the taxi ride Guillotine looked his mission statement over. It appeared that there was a little imp causing some trouble in town. The little bastard was stealing things from the stores after hours. With that said, the PIDA wanted the imp apprehended and brought back to the PIDA.
Disappointment could be seen on the hound’s face as he continued to look this over. Man, he was hoping to go on a more dangerous mission than this. Of course the PIDA would stick him with an easy job like this. Once the cab stopped the young male payed the driver before stepping out of the car. He folded the mission up and slipped it into his coat pocket. Now where was he supposed to meet his partner again? Oh yeah, by the- The sounds of a car horn had caused the hellhound to jump. Damn humans and their cars. Slipping his hands into his pockets Gil made his way over to the building where he was supposed to meet his partner. As he approached the tall shop Gil noticed a familiar face. With a sharp toothed smile he ran over to Peter, who didn’t appear to be in the best mood. “Hey Peter. I guess the PIDA did decide to put us together after all, eh? This mission is going to suck. It sounds way too easy.”

Hearing Guil's voice, he turned his gaze to the hellhound and gave a smile. It seemed that they did. Peter wasn't sure on who he was teamed with but he was glad that it was someone he knew. Considering he had only meet a few agents and he actually had much more interaction with Guil than those he did meet. Even if their first meeting was a bad one.
"It seems they did." Peter replied with a kind smile. "Well it's probably my fault for that, considering it's my first mission and all."
Probably that was the case and they probably but Guil with him since there was no one else. Almost all agents had a partner or group of sorts. And since Peter had none, Guil must've been the only option. Or they were trying something.
"Well, let's see if we can find em." Peter added.

Guillotine scratched the light stubble on his chin. Now, how would John and Jesse go about this? The hound pondered this for a moment. Well, for one, they would brief Gil on the situation. From there they would find a good method about catching the suspect. The hound’s forest green eyes glanced down at Peter. There was a chance the human didn’t know anything about this mission. Gil knew the PIDA really didn’t tell him much whenever he went on missions with his roommate and his counterpart. Perhaps it was his job to let him know what was going on? It was strange that the PIDA was trusting him with this much. The hellhound sighed, a light smile appeared onto pale his face. He should take the position while he had the chance. If they didn’t fuck up this mission there was a small chance Gil would finally get that damn tracking chip taken out of him and get his freedom back.
As Guillotine looked down at his partner he noticed something strange. Peter did look a bit shaken for some reason. Hell, the little man looked very anxious. Gil could see it in his body language. There was a chance he was nervous because this was his first mission; no surprise there. The hellhound really couldn’t blame the poor boy.
Guillotine listened as Peter spoke. All the while his smile never faltered. Gil, though he would never admit it, but he was getting attached to this little human. Never in his life would he have thought this was ever possible. Lifting his left hand up he pushed his short black hair out of his face. “Don’t feel too bad, Runt. I was once in your shoes. First missions are always the hardest. Luckily, the PIDA picked out an easy one for us.” While he spoke Gil reached down and pulled the rolled up envelope that was sticking out of his pocket. This little enveloped held the suspect’s file.
As Gil pulled this out he heard Peter speak again. His comment caused the hound to chuckle. The PIDA must have told him about the mission already. The boy’s nervousness had wilted away a bit as he spoke. “Not so fast, I doubt the suspect is going to come with us standing around. Besides, I think imps prefer the night scene. We’ll have to have a stakeout and wait for him.” Oh god, Gil hated stakeouts, but it would work in this situation. “Lets find a place to sit and wait for him to come.”

Runt huh? Peter couldn't help but smile and hold back a laugh at being called that. He could remember Guil calling him that through the whole fight that served as their introduction to one another. Even though Peter had passed out due to blood lose in the hall, he was still defiant to the hound. Heck he was somewhat fine with being called a runt, it just seemed like it would anger the hound to know he got beat by a runt. Though a bit of anger hit him from his werewolf side, obviously hating the memory but Peter shook his head. To him it just felt like a bad headache coming on.
"True." Peter replied after he shook his head to get the feeling to go away.
Before he could take a step forward, Guil requested for him to hold on a moment. Thus causing any motion to move forward to go away as Peter kept his emerald gaze on the hound. True, night was on it's way but it wasn't fully here yet. Leaning toward the darker hours yes with the sun lowering still, but it wasn't truly night yet.
"Alright, you have more experience I trust your judgement." Peter started. "Lead on."
There wasn't any reason to not trust Guil on this one. The hound had more experience than him and had been on more than one mission. Though..was it right? Considering for some reason his werewolf side didn't see comfortable with it. Whatever, he could push those feelings away. After all, he was still Peter, he hadn't changed too greatly from this new state. Or condition as some would call it.
Just relax, Guil's not gonna tear your throat out or anything. Peter thought in his head as he took a breath and exhaled, trying to relax.

A stupid grin appeared on Gil’s face. So Peter trusted his judgment? This was new. Nonetheless, those words were refreshing to hear. It was not too surprising that no one trusted Guillotine, and why should they? He used to be a heartless killer. In a way, he still was. If it wasn’t for his medication keeping his other side in check he would have, no doubt, been plotting to devour Peter. With his instinct kept sealed within an invisible cage he was able to think clearly and make educated decisions. Starting this mission off would be his first of many.
The hellhound glanced over at Peter. His runt comment had caused the small boy to smile. It was nice to see someone not taking his runt comments too seriously. Most would retaliate with an insult of their own. Though, in this instance, Gil never meant that to be an insult. Still holding the file in his hand Gil turned away from the human and said, “Alright, follow me. “ As the hound strolled along the sidewalk he crept onto a decent spot for their steakout.
Looking around Guillotine found an open ally that lead out from the street. There was a dumpster a little ways in that they could use for cover. Not only would it help cover their bodies but their scent as well. It would be perfect. Gil wouldn’t have chose a location if he couldn’t see the street from inside the alleyway. After all, that was where all the closing shops and unmanned concession stands where. This place would be a perfect steak out position. Surely, the imp wouldn’t seem them in the shadows of the ally. Guillotine walked in and pasted the dumpster before leaning his back against the cold brick wall. “Here we are.” He said with a huff. ” Let’s sit here and wait.” Allowing his tall frame sink to the ground he looked up at Peter and waiting for the man to sit.
Laying the file in his lap he contemplated on whether or not to give it to Peter. If the human was already briefed on the situation he wouldn’t need it. Still, any info will help. Gil moved the file to the concrete beside him. “You can look that over if you want. It is our suspect’s file. I don’t know if the PIDA has told you anything about him. But, all of our information on the little f*cker is in that envelope.”
As they sat Guillotine reached into his pocket and pulled out an off yellow pill bottle. Grimacing, he studied it’s contents for a minute. Who could believe these small white pills could hold so much power over him. These were he sedative meds. Guillotine had already taken them today, but he was contemplating on taking more. Jesse warned against this. He could remember the human going on about it killing him or something like that. Even after getting warned by his roommate Gil would take another dose of his medication. He didn’t want to repeat of what happened back at the woods. During that full moon night he’d lost control of his instincts. To make matters worse he had dragged Jesse down with him. With his new found instincts there was already a chance Jesse didn’t know what to do with himself, so he followed Gil down the path of destruction. Guillotine couldn’t help but to blame himself on the whole fight. If he had better control none of it would have happened. Gil never wanted to lose control like that again. Especially, with the PIDA breathing down his back. One more f*ck up and they were going to kill him. That was enough incentive to take the medication again. It was a low dose. Gil figured it wouldn’t hurt him much. Regardless, The bullheaded hound saw no problems with it. The agency even said they would give him a more powerful prescription in time. That was Time Guillotine didn't have. For now he would make due with this method. After popping a pill Gil had worked up enough saliva to swallow it without too much difficulty.
It would take a few minutes for the medication to kick in. In Gil’s eyes it was a good thing, considering he wasn’t expecting the imp to come by anytime soon. It was just enough time to get him into the right frame of mind. Slipping his pill bottle into his pocket Gil turned his attention back to Peter. “Nervous?” Gil asked with a playful smirk. In a way Gil too was a bit nervous. He was afraid he would lose control with Peter around. Thus, the reason why he’d taken his medication again. Little did he know, he’d already lost it around the human on more than one occasion. Gil had no idea Peter was the werewolf he got into a scuffle with in the woods. Perhaps he would get a taste of what Peter had to offer on this mission? Only time would tell.

Peter followed the hellhound, they were on the same side and thus he needed to place trust in the hound. Sure the hound had tried to kill him on their first meeting yet it seemed that the pills he was on were helping to prevent that. So why shouldn't he give Guil a second chance? After all, Guil wasn't completely the same as he was on that first meeting so no reason to hold it against the hound. Some times one....couldn't fight what they were. Peter was going to have to be careful as well now. The fact that he was no longer human made him all the more nervous. Was he gonna end up like Guil? Who knows.
The alley huh? Wasn't a bad place to wait. After all, hardly anyone would notice them though the smell of the trash certainly caused his nose to burn a bit. Why did this happen? He just had to be a fool and get himself bite by a werewolf! As Guil took a seat on the ground, Peter soon followed once the hound was seat. A slight sigh leaving him. So far it seemed that Guil didn't notice any changes in him course besides heightened senses, what would show that Peter wasn't human anymore? Hearing Guil speak, Peter turned his emerald gaze to the hound and glanced at the file that was in his lap.
"They told me a little but not a whole lot." Peter replied as he reached for the file on the ground, picked it up, and placed it on his lap to read.
Reading the file, he didn't take notice of Guil opening his pill bottle and take some. Perhaps it was due to him being a rookie that he wasn't told much? Oh well, it was fine. After all Guil was here with the file and thus he was able to read it now. Guil wasn't the only one afraid of losing control though Peter wasn't sure if that was possible for him since he only changed during the full moon. A extremely painful change and so far it didn't seem to effect his personality. Hearing Guil ask something about being nervous, Peter looked up from the file and looked at Guil.
"Y..Yeah...first mission and all. Even if it sounds easy...who knows what can happen." Peter answered as he closed the file.

Guillotine released a low grumble as peter told him he didn’t know a whole lot about the suspect. “Figures, the PIDA aren’t very good at their alpha roles.” If there was one thing Gil had learned by being at the PIDA it was that they weren’t too ruly over their agents. Basically, the agents could do whatever they wanted. They could choose whatever mission they would be on; aside from this one instance.
“I guess you are right, anything can happen.” Guillotine could feel himself relaxing a bit. A content smile had appeared onto his face when he looked over at Peter. His anxiousness faded away when his medicine kicked in. Maybe taking it wasn’t such a good thing after all. If he was too out of it then there was a chance he wouldn’t be up for this mission. Guillotine shook the thought from his mind. No, he would be fine. Hell, he would be better with his medication. No longer would he allow dark thoughts to take over his brain. He would be the one in control, not his instinct! The hound watched Peter as he looked over the file. There wasn’t much information on the person they were set to track down. Basically, all the file said that he was an imp, and that he frequented one side of town. It didn’t really sounds like this guy was dangerous at all. Seeing as all he was doing was stealing things. Never once did his file say that he hurt someone. Still, it would be wise for the two agents to be on their toes.
The sun had finally begun to sink below the horizon now. In the sun’s place rose a large moon. It had been a while since Guillotine saw a large full moon like this. Oh well, If anything this moon would just give them more light. It wasn’t really like they needed it anyway, as the street lights had began to flicker on. With a grumble Guillotine slowly pulled himself up. Now it was time for the real steakout. Gil learned from past experiences with TB that the suspect wouldn’t always come. Peter and the hellhound might have to come back the next day in order to catch the little thief. They would need plenty of patience for this mission. "I really hope this doesn't take too long. I'm in no mood to be standing here all night, but that is just what we might have to do." Guillotine stated as he peered over the dumpster.

Peter shrugged at Guil's comment of the Alpha roles. He wasn't sure about that, maybe they just liked to inform the partner with the most experiences. Just to give the two agents on a mission something productive to talk about. The file wasn't that helpful, it really just gave him a recap on what he knew. Oh well. Closing the file, a sigh left him as he handed it back over to Guil. Putting his hands together, Peter shifted a bit. Why did he feel uncomfortable? He felt fine just a few minutes ago, sure sitting on the cold ground wasn't grand but he was normally fine with it.
As Guil stood up and Peter reached with a free hand and put it on his left shoulder. Stupid thing. Why was it....wait. Oh DEATH!!! Peter glanced up at the sky to see a full moon take it's place. DANG IT ALL. Not good, not good. Glancing down at the ground, Peter had no idea on what to do. He couldn't just leave, not when they had a mission to do. How could he forget?! How could he forget that there was gonna be a full moon?! If Guil learned......what would happen? How dead would Peter be?
Hearing Guil speak, Peter glanced at the hound. Yeah...hopefully it wouldn't considering the state Peter knew he was gonna be in soon. Already he felt everything tense up. Sure changing didn't full take hold yet but he could still feel it getting close to doing that.
"Y..Yeah...hopefully." Peter replied as he made himself stand up, leaning against the wall and still holding his shoulder.

Licking his lips Guillotine continued to scan the streets for any signs of life. He didn’t have any sort of luck locating the suspect. On occasion a few humans would walk by. A car or two would ride down the street. Nothing too unusual. Guillotine prayed it wouldn’t take long. Steakouts were the worst in his opinion. This one would be no different than the rest. With a long drawn out sigh Guillotine turned back to his partner. “Yeah, we might be here for a while.” He replied as Peter handed the file back to him. Guillotine took it, rolled it up, and stuck it back into his pocket. Man, this mission was going to be more boring than he thought. Well, at least he had Peter here for company. Guillotine wouldn’t know what he would be doing right now if he didn’t have a partner with him.
Looking down at Peter Guillotine began to notice something strange. The human had grown tense. Poor Peter looked very uncomfortable. He did mention before that he was a bit nervous. Could this be why he was acting like this? No, there had to be something else going on. Just what was this little human thinking about anyway? “H-Hey Peter, you don’t look so good.” Guillotine began. He was going to walk closer to the human when he heard a disturbance coming from the street. The hellhound whipped his body around. His forest green eyes caught the sight of a little demon in front of one of the hot dog concession stands. The little fucker had knocked over a trash can on his way up to the door.
A large grin had creased Guillotine’s handsome face. Finally, some action! With his mind set on capturing the suspect the hellhound seemed to have forgotten about Peter's condition. “It’s show time, Runt.” He cooed, as a light chuckle crept from his throat. He looked back at Peter to see if the human was listening.

Great....Guil was noticing. Of course he'd notice! He was a hellhound, greater senses and all. His shoulder was starting to hurt more and even though he increased his grip on it, it didn't really do much to make any of the pain go away. What should he say? There was nothing he could think of to say! However it seemed that he wouldn't be able to answer as a loud sound caused Guil to turn away. Well that was sort of dodging a bullet. Course they'd have to after a Imp now and.....in Peter's state....oh boy. This wasn't going to end well.
"Y..Yeah...." Peter muttered as he pryed his own hand off his shoulder. "C...Coming?"
Peter's voice was slightly choked off sounding though Peter hoped that Guil wouldn't notice too much. Going past him, Peter started to head toward were the Imp had gone.

Guillotine rushed towards the little imp. When the little guy spun around to face them Gil skidded to a stop. Standing there, he glared down at the smaller imp who appeared to be only three feet tall. With his blood red skin and pointed ears the demon looked like a bit of an eyesore. When it had seen Gil and Peter coming the little guy nearly had a heart attack. Their presence had startled him. The imp took several steps back. He only stopped when he backed right up against the concession stand. With a sharp toothed grin Guillotine looked down at his target and spoke. “Listen here, Imp. you are under arrest for stealing and being an ugly little bitch.” The imp didn’t looked too pleased after hearing the ugly comment. In a sassy sort of fashion it put it’s hands on it’s hips and waddled closer to Gil. Now that it got a good look at Guillotine It didn't seem scared of him at all. Suppose it could tell Gil was a hellhound? “What did you say? You think you are all tough just because you are a little tall? I don’t have to listen to you or your friend over there. So get lost!” The imp lifted his foot and gave Guillotine a swift kick to his shin. The hellhound didn’t seem phased by this. Instead his smile only seemed to grow. Now things were getting interesting. The imp didn't seem to be letting up. "Take that, you smug bastard!" A loud laugh crept from Gil's lips. “Hey Peter, It looks like this little shit doesn’t wanna come with us. What do you say? Should we take him by force or should we play with him for a while?” Guillotine turned his attention back to his partner while the imp continued it's assault on his shin.

Guil had gotten to the Imp first and that was fine with Peter, considering how he was trying to figure out a way to get out of this quickly. Hearing Guil's words to the Imp, he couldn't help but shake his head slightly. Well of course, you say something like that and it would make the person not want to go along. The imp nor Guil probably noticed all that well since the Imp was talking, but there was a slight breaking sound coming from Peter's hand. He glanced down at his left hand to see claws at the end of his finger tips and his hand getting large. Moving his hand quickly, he hide it behind his back. Course that would only do so much.
As Guil glanced back at him, Peter couldn't help but wince. He really REALLY needed to get out of here. Fastest way to end this was a simple one. The imp wasn't very tall.
"Ju....Just pick him.....him up and carry him..." Peter forced his words out.
The kind of force that Guil was talking about was way too much; or at least that's what Peter thought. The only kind of force they should use was pretty simple and not really painful. After all, if Guil wasn't affected by repetitive kicking to the shin then....well.....surely he could handle anything the imp had to throw at em? A louder cracking sound could be heard though slightly masked by a pain filled cry from Peter as he wrapped one arm around his chest and pretty much fell to his knees on the ground. This was gonna get......really bad...

Guillotine continued to laugh, the tiny imp’s kicks were nothing. A baby had more power in it’s legs than this demon. Man, this suspect was turning out to be absolutely ridiculous. If it hadn’t been for the fact that they were on a mission to capture this guy Guillotine would have gave the little demon a kick of his own. Finishing his laugh Gil said, “Just stop already. You know that isn’t going to work you little shit.” Guillotine scolded the demon, whom was ignoring him anyway. With a smirk Gil turned back to his partner. Peter had told him to just pick the imp up. Gil would have told the human that his idea didn’t sound very fun, but the way Peter said it was a cause for concern. He didn’t sound well, not well at all. Gil cocked an eyebrow as a popping noise came from the young human’s body. By that time the imp stopped it’s assault. It was also looking over a Peter as well. It’s eyes filled with fear. The little demon looked up at Gil and said, “That friend of yours is bad news you hear! Bad news!” What on earth was going on? The imp seemed to know, but Gil was still in the dark.
“Forget this, I’m outta here!” Without so much of a second thought the imp began to take off down the street. He wasn’t getting too far with those tiny legs of his. Gil let him go. There was more important things to worry about. “P-Peter, are you ok?” Guillotine barked, his deep voice filled with concern. What was happening to him? Did Peter have some kind of sickness? If so then why would he even agree to come on a mission to begin with? Looking down at his partner Gil doubted this was any run of the mill cold. Something was seriously wrong. The hound grimaced. “D-Damn it.” He grumbled under his breath. The tall male knelt down, getting to Peter’s level. The human was in pain, that was for sure. Guillotine could hear his bones popping. As gross as this all was Gil never left the smaller male’s side.
Hesitating, Gil placed a hand on Peter’s shoulder. That was when it hit him. The scent. Guillotine’s eyes narrowed and his nose flared open. He’d smelled this aroma before, but where? Wait, this was the smell of the damn mutt he fought in the woods. Guillotine’s face began to turn paler than it already was. Realizing this the hellhound swallowed hard. It couldn’t be true. Gil slowly stood up and took a step back from Peter. He looked his partner over in sheer shock. Could Peter be that wolf?

Bad news.....was right. Why had he forgotten? How could he forget?! Stupid stupid....STUPID!!! Hearing Guil's words was hard considering what was happening and the sound of his bones breaking was drowning the hellhound's voice out. However he was still able to make out slightly what Guil was asking. Feeling his ribs push out, Peter knew he didn't have much if any time left. He needed to get Guil away from him and try to get out of here. Plus there was the suspect to take in and seeing the small red thing running away; or at least trying to wasn't good. Peter turned a pain filled gaze to Guil.
"G.....Go..... a....after....hi..m..." Peter gasped as he winced, trying to hold the change off for a little longer. "I....I'll mee...meet u....up with you...t...tomo..."
Trying to speak during this was hard, it was either too hard to get his voice to work or when he did manage to get it to work it was cut off by gasping or in this cause, a pain filled cry. A pair of wolf ears appeared on his head and a tail took form behind him. Would he remember that when he woke up? Meeting up with Guil? He didn't know if he would be able to, though he'd still try and hope that he'd remember. Course there was more he had to be concerned about. It wasn't but a few seconds later that his shirt and shoes were ripping due to the increased size he was getting though Guil was still there.
It was hard to look at up at Guil, who had taken a step back. Gritted teeth elongated and thus became fangs and he was start to get a muzzle as fur started to grow there. One last try, that was all he had. Despite the pain, a serious glare was given to Guil as he waved a paw like hand to try and get Guil to go.
"GO!!!" Peter shouted. "PLEASE!"
And that was it, looking away the werewolf that Guil had fought the last full moon was there. A low growl left the werewolf as it looked back at Guil. Though instead of going after him, the beast jumped into the air. Landing behind Guil a bit and ran off. Though he wasn't going to be going a different direction for too long.
