restricted race made by me; Guil helped me come up with a name though so she gets credit for that.
His race can appear to look like any kind of canine mixed with any time of lizard. Try to imagine a poodle mixed with a horned lizard....wierd right? I know. That's just a example of what one of them can look like. Fur and scales cover the whole body in sections, almost half of the body is fur and the other half is scales in some way. It is very rare for one of this race to be nothing but fur or scales, or have a small amount of either.
Appearance:
In his real form, Obsidian strangely looks like a mix between a dog and a lizard of some sort. Fur covers his head and face area and down his neck, spreading along his back all the way to a bushy black furred tail. The fur also covers his shoulders and spreads down his front legs on the upper side of them. His hind legs are completely covered in fur except for the underside. The underside of his front legs along with his underbelly is covered in silver scales. His front paws are shaped more like hands, save for the fact there are claws on the end of his finger tips and that the scales actually are most smoothed out, appearing to look more like real skin; save for the color being a light grey.The scales go all the way around his wrists. His hind paws are rather large and are shaped a bit like human feet, but not by much.
He is able to stand on his hind legs but he is hunched over when he does that. He has a pair of large wolf like ears on his head, the tips of his ears are folded over. The pupils are slit shaped in his this form.
In his human form, Obsidian's skin is pale like in color. However, if you stare long enough, you would sometimes think it's a bit near the grey area. He wears a blue trench coat; almost navy blue in color. Black pants and boots, reddish brown shirt, and a black tie.
Hair Color: Human form Black. Real form black fur
Eye Color: Human form, amber. Real form, molten gold.
Height: Human human, 5ft 11 . Real form on hind legs, 6ft 3in
Build: human form, skinny/lean. Real form, skinny.
Significant Features: In his real form his pupils are slit shaped. If you stare long enough at his skin in his human form, it looks more like a very very light shade of grey.
Clothing Style: casual in a way business like.
Personality: Rather silent and seems to have a short fuse depending on his day. PARANOID!!! (Serious, if someone wasn't paranoid, why would they think that everything has a conspiracy link?!! Just saying for rp character wise.) Despite his paranoid ways, he is loyal to his friends but he can be something of a killer of joy from time to time. He can become very very scary when angered, considering when he's angered he usually transforms.
Main Talent: Finding things.
Biggest Flaw: *cough* conspiracy everywhere *cough* I joke. While that is a flaw, his main one is.....don't give him alcohol. Very VERY bad things will happen.
Abilities:
He can intimidate others in his real form. Who wouldn't be terrified of a lizard dog thing that was snarling at them?
His senses are enhanced in his human form. Better hearing, stronger sense of smell, stronger eyesight, etc.
His scales provide a natural armor.
In his real form he is able to talk and type on a computer, he maintains all of his human knowledge.
Weaknesses:
Heightened senses isn't always fun.
The scales are only on the underside of his body, so pretty much under that fur is normal skin.
