Well, today was a beautiful day. Just. Freaking. Beautiful.
Today was Cry's day off from P.I.D.A., and he planned on enjoying it. It was a shame that his friends were either stuck at work, or currently away and busy. But, that was fine. Sometimes alone time was good, and Cry felt the need to decompress for a while. So, today Cry had made his way to the lake. He actually hadn't realized he had been heading this way until a few minutes ago. He had been driving, somewhat in a daze, and wound up here. He didn't feel like backtracking into the city again, so, he decided he would relax at the lake. If only he had packed some trunks....oh wait, he had now that he thought about it. He and the guys had gone to the lake a few weeks ago, and Cry and brought an extra pair of trunks...he wasn't sure why, but he did.
So, with the thought of swimming in his mind, he quickly attempted to change from inside his car. There was no one around on this side of the lake today, presumably because everyone was either at school or work. Regardless, he still wanted to change in the car. Better to be safe than sorry. Cry put his clothes back on over his trunks and he stepped out of his car. He made sure his mask was still firmly set on his face. No need for anyone somehow catching a peek. The only hint of his facial features anyone would ever get, is his blue eyes that shone from behind the mask.
Cry walked towards the lake, running a hand through his ruffled brown hair as he did so. He paused for a moment, grabbing a stick he spotted on the ground. He crouched in the sand with stick in hand and began drawing in it. After a few moments of silly drawing, he ended up drawing...well, himself in a sense. Well, himself as everyone on Youtube saw him anyways. He grinned and chuckled at the drawing before standing back up. He gazed at the lake, contemplating whether to get in now, or wait. ( (._.)

This one was scouting for simple resources. The typical berries and other things to gather for necessity. She was a girl with long wavy black hair that had dark chocolate highlights in it. She also had striking electric blue eyes. This particular day she was walking in the tree line near a lake. She was silently taking her time observing the area for a place to relax.

Cry tilted his head from side to side, contemplating. To swim, or not to swim. That was the question. He had already changed into his trunks....which were hidden away beneath his jeans. He sighed and looked up. He felt a sudden presence nearby and he turned his head. Cry frowned slightly from beneath his mask, curious. His blue eyes searched over by the nearby trees, certain that someone was there.
"Hello? Is someone there?" Cry called out, tilting his head again.

The echo of this strange persons voice brushed to her ear. Indecisive to answer the mans call or make an appearance was a possibility of change in plot. Instead she crouched behind a shrub that lay next to a tree. She waiting to see what will all play out of the man.

Cry felt a sense of confusion and he took a few steps towards the trees. "Hello?" He called again, going towards the presence he had felt. Maybe it was nothing...it could be just an animal. No, it had to be some sort of supernatural creature...his intuitions were telling him it was. His supernatural tracking training still hadn't fully kicked in, so...he could be wrong...but he could also be right. Cry passed by a few shrubs, unaware that he had missed his little visitor.

She watches him search carefully. The sense of curiosity hung in her head about what type of person he was, considering that he wore a mask. He could be anything or anybody from the city that you normally don't visit. The question what to do if he finds you. Shall you run? or shall you stay? Both are choices that you may make on the spur of the moment. She doesn't have good social skills when meeting people and she makes a quick thought that he maybe the same way with wearing that mask or just silly. Watching him try to find her was interesting...for the moment.

Maybe he was crazy.
Maybe there was no one there, and he was all imagining it.
No, there was, there had to be. Cry grinned to himself and shook his head. If only the rest of his guys were with him, they would be a little helpful. He turned around and scratched the top of his head, another grin brimming up from behind his mask.
"Hey, listen, I'm not going to hurt you alright? I'm a pretty nice guy I promise." He grimaced at his words, but, too late now. That was usually what serial killers and rapists said...damn brain. Cry turned around again and took a few steps forward. His foot hooked underneath a tree root and he tripped, falling flat on his face. He lay there for a few seconds, gathering his thoughts before propping himself up in a sitting position, fuming with himself. Silly Cry.

The young man fell flat right before her crashing through the brush. Though still she silently sat there curiously waiting. She settled that he was silly and awkward fellow but was interesting. He seemed harmless but that isn't always the case. She held her head with her palms observing this human. "..."

Cry fidgeted with his mask, making sure it was still secure on his face. He looked around him, blinking his blue eyes are he stared at the foliage. He let his gaze settle on one of the bushes, where he swore he could see a young girl watching him. Cry blinked his eyes again, curious. "Oh, hello there." He said calmly, a slight smile brimming from behind his mask, though the girl would be unable to see it.

"..." she tilted her head looking at him to make him aware of her acknowledgement. She fidgeted a little with her chest brace that had a pair of white wings attached. Unsure if to say anything or what to say was difficult. Though she would rather read a book about fictional or real characters. Those characters were her friends. Her introverted nature was burdening her but she kept the same emotionless cool stature.

Cry was unsure what to make of the girl, because it was hard knowing what she truly was. He had met enough supernaturals during his career as a PIDA agent these past couple of years to know that not everyone was what they seemed to be. He raised a hand and gave a small wave to the girl as she fidgeted with some sort of brace. "Where did you come from miss?" Cry asked, tilting his head very slightly. He was unsure if she would even respond to him. She wasn't running away, which he supposed was a good thing. Perhaps she saw him as a harmless fellow, which, he mostly was. He turned his sitting body a little more towards her so he wasn't craning his neck too much. He waited quietly, observing the girl to see what she would do.

She look at his hand while made the wave. She felt it would be a late response to at least gesture back. And to his question, she really didn't have a home. The closes to home she had was an abandoned library being took over by vines and forest. She felt backward and shy when trying to answer but might of sounded cold and blunt when she answered, "no where".

The young agent felt more and more puzzled as every second went by. He was unsure if the girl was a threat or not. She didn't seem to be one, but that made him all the more skeptical. He didn't want to be so suspicious, but he had to keep his guard up for his sake. He ran a hand through his hair, growing uncomfortable with the silence. After a moment, the girl replied to his question, to which it only puzzled Cry even further. "Everyone comes from somewhere silly. Don't you have a home?" Perhaps she was one of those supernaturals who couldn't recall their home...did she come from across the barrier too?

She looked at her feet. "I... have no home", she said quietly. He shoes were traced with mud from all the walking she does on the wilderness and foreign cities. Then she took a look the young man saying, "...And you?"

The young man felt a twinge of pity in him at the girl's words. It always saddened him to learn about others who had no home of their own. There were many out there who wandered aimlessly. Some enjoyed it, others...not so much. Cry frowned from beneath his mask. "I am sorry to hear about that." He said quietly, slowly getting to his feet. He nodded slowly. "Yeah, I have a home...in the city actually." Cry said in an even tone, his blue eyes blinking from behind his white mask.
