Mituulia flew full speed over the water. She was pretty proud of herself at the moment. Another bounty had been caught and given over to the PIDA. As the representative of the organization, she didn't really get the chance to actually go out. Instead, she got to choose who got what mission, what they would do with the ones brought in for interrogation, and what would happen if a certain mission went wrong. Tuuli stepped in when there was a mission she thought would be pretty "radical" to handle, or when a chase went wrong in a bad way. Arms widespread, Tuuli smiles as the wind blew her straight hair back. This bounty-hunter outfit she wore whenever she was on a mission was well suited for really any climate. Cold, warm, windy. Her skateboard was strapped to her back. She took it everywhere, considering it was her form of transportation, as well as her weapon.
If she broke it in half horizontally (horizontally being the two halves are fatter rather than longer), it would shift into a pair of elongated trinun-chucks, complete with three handles, an extremely durable cord, and two razor sharp blades on the ends. If broken vertically, being the two halves are longer rather than fatter, it would morph into a dual sword-cane, with one end having the head of a dragon and the other being just a regular handle. The dragon head has a hole at the top to place the cane handle in to create a dual sided sword, or the edge with the dragon head can be placed inside of the cane handle to create an elongate single sided sword.
Not that she really needed a weapon, when she was pretty much a dragon in her Oushaga form. A mix between a raven and a gold dragon, with burning red eyes. Tuuli carefully slowed and came to a hover above the water, looking at the woods about a football field away. Scanning them with her red glare, Mituulia smiled. "Right on," the Oushaga said to herself. She could see movement in the woods, and flying about thirty feet higher, the woman carefully made sure whoever was there wouldn't be scared by her. Once meeting the trees, the girl hovered just barely above the ground as if she were laying on her chest, only about a foot up as to not crunch the falling leaves. It was times like this that Mituulia wished she could smell, despite her amazing eyesight. Sighing slightly, the woman tried to make out who the figure was, but it was getting dark and the colorful tree leaves were in the way.
Maybe, just maybe, it was Alenko. She really loved her Tuna, despite his mindset. He had seriously damaged himself one way or another, and it was his moirail Esmek who had seen it happen, and of course no one had any way of asking him. The Seskrit's had learned a bit of sign language to communicate with him, and none of them actually knew he could talk through minds, as they didn't remember anything that happened when he mind controlled them. Oh well, Tuuli smiled as she adjusted the strap around her skateboard, floating quickly to the next tree. Whoever this was, they were about to meet someone new.
