Izzy was in the woods again, she couldn't figure out why her wolf was drawn here but she went with it. She was finding herself in the woods more and more when she was supposed to be at work, she just hoped she wasn't going crazy. She sighed as she leaned back against a tree, not really paying much attention to what was around her as she tried to dig through her own brain to her wolf's.
She got a flash of something as she felt something bite her arm. She looked down to see her arm perfectly fine and realized that it must have come with the flash. She focused on that one flash, trying to see what it was that bit her. From what she could tell it was a hell hound, and it looked like Guillotine!
She was pulled out of her thoughts by a stick snapping, who was out here this time. "Hello?" She called, she could protect herself if it was anything dangerous so she wasn't scared, on edge but not scared. She walked away from the tree before deciding that she could use it to protect her back and stepped back over to it.

The forest. It would be a nice place to be alone yes? At least it was in Tor's opinion. Oh how wrong he was. First time he had been here so he walked the whole way. Though a familiar feeling started to spread through his body and a faint sigh left him. Well it seemed he was gonna be stuck in that form today huh? Well at least no one else was here. However after stepping on a stick a voice came out. A unhappy expression took over his features as he stood there. Great....he couldn't let it take over now! The forest was big, he could find a different area.
"Hi." Tor replied in a low voice, sounding a bit forced but it was due to him not really wanting to talk to her.
Tor hide behind one of the trees after he spoke, though he soon teleported to the higher branches of it. His black trench coat was hidden in the leaves. Hopefully she wouldn't see him.

"Where are you? Who are you?" She asked rapid-fire. She was looking around and found a scent but it ended almost as soon as she found it. She sniffed the air but of course the wind wouldn't blow his scent down to her.
She didn't even think to look up, honestly who would? Besides it wasn't like anyone could climb a tree that fast. She continued to look around but couldn't find his scent anywhere else at the base of the tree, not even going up the tree signaling that he had climbed it.
"I'm not going to hurt you ya' know," She said making it sound like a statement but wording it as if it were a question. She sighed again and sat at the base of the tree he was in. Where was he? She lied her head back against the trunk and looked up through the branches, not noticing him for the moment.

"No one special." Tor answered, ignoring the first question.
He was in the forest, clearly near her. That was something she should already know. The feeling of the change slowly taking over caused him to shift slightly, not enough to make the leaves shake or anything. Blast it. He couldn't do anything about it now. He really should just leave, go elsewhere. But how? He hadn't been to much of the forest so he really couldn't teleport anywhere. If he could fly then problem solved but....the wings were always the most painful part and soon he'd end up with no chose.
"Not a matter of that." Tor replied, glancing down, he noticed she had taken a seat right below him.
Great... Tor thought, at least his green eyes blended in.

"That isn't really an answer," She said not really catching that he hadn't answered the first question.
He was clearly close but where? She decided to just stay where she was and wait him out. She had no idea what else to do and she was sure he would have to come out sooner or later, or at least move enough so she could detect it. She didn't notice him moving slightly because it didn't disrupt the trees or anything.
"Than what is it a matter of?" She asked, still looking up through the branches. She was scanning the tree top along with listening for any sound of movement around her. She wasn't looking hard enough to notice his eyes, they were to close to the leaves' color. She let out a frustrated sigh and tried to detect any new scents that could have been blown by.

"It holds truth despite what you say." Tor answered.
Tor was about to say something else but the feeling ended up becoming pain and thus it cut him off. The pain his chest the hardest and instinctively he wrapped his arms around there. Course this meant he was holding onto anything in the tree and he had nothing to balance himself on since he was leaning over. So, he soon felt himself going over to the side. Green eyes widened as a surprised yell left him as he fell off the branch. Landing on the branch underneath it on his back a slight hiss of pain left him as he reached for the branch he just fellt out of. Just great.
Several sticks and leaves fell from the tree and most likely down onto Isabelle if she didn't move. The added pain wasn't helping him and really just made it worse. The wings were slowly forming on the inside of his back and thus it was making the area sensitive, so landing on the branch bellow him on his back wasn't helping him. Course Isabelle could now see him most likely.

Maybe it did hold truth but it still wasn't an answer to her. She was still looking up when he fell off of his original branch and onto the one under it. She quickly rolled to the side and stood so she could avoid any sticks falling, even if they were small.
"Are you okay?" She asked now looking right at him, that fall couldn't have felt good. He didn't fall completely to the ground though, which would have been worse. She didn't know what he was or anything, though if she did she would suspect that the fall hurt more than she originally thought.
There was no question about where he was now, not after that fall. But she was worried about why he was hiding and curious about how he hid his scent and why he fell. She had her head cocked to the side in curiosity. Could she never have just a normal walk in the woods, you know without running into something supernatural? It didn't seem like it anymore. She sighed inwardly and watched, wondering if he would say anything without her asking.

Truthfully, no he wasn't okay. Yes he was always going to be forced into this change and it hurt. It always hurt. Would it never hurt? That was a mystery. Course there was no reason to tell her that he wasn't okay. Denying the pain wouldn't help him but having a different pain was helping. It distracted him from the original pain and the change took advantage of that. The wings growing inside of his back tried to break free, pushing against the muscle and skin but to only cause him more pain. Gritting his teeth as he pulled himself up, he sat on the branch and tried to catch some air. The wings were strong enough to break through yet but that never stopped em from trying.
"Somewhat." Tor replied.
He couldn't stay here. He really should just try to get away from this person. Yes he could control himself in his other form but still. That wasn't much of a reason to allow the person to see it. It was kind of gross to see a pair of large wings burst out of a guy's back. That had happened once and in a big city too. Boy did the person freak. Claws had emerged at his finger tips during this, white nails turned into black claws and they dug slightly into the bark. Great. Just great.

Izzy looked up at him questioningly at his answer. Ever curious she leaned up against a different tree and looked up at him. Her eyes shining with curiosity and she knew it would nag at her till she found out who, and possibly what, this new person was.
"Your not normal are you?" She asked curiously. She didn't know how a human could climb a tree so fast or cover their scent so well, honestly she did see how anyone could. She kept her questioning eyes on him, just waiting for him to try and run.
She could follow quite easily, especially if she shifted to wolf form. She was still trying to figure the man out though. Honestly nothing freaked her out much anymore, not considering where she worked and the fact that she came home to find some random AXIUM experiment passed out in her living room. She was just curious, as always, and she would definitely not freak out seeing this man change.

Tor wasn't covering his scent. The wind just didn't blow his scent toward her. He couldn't stay here. No. NOt at all. The wings pressed against the muscle skin once more, getting a bit father and thus causing him to flinch. The rest of his body was in pain as well, inside of him his bones were just getting ready. Sure they weren't breaking or rearranging yet but they were sort of bracing for it. Slowly doing it. The wings took the most time and they were most painful. Course there was always another thing that was bothersome. Feathers slowly going through the skin, it always felt like he just had a itchy spot that wouldn't go away.
"Depends on what you considering normal." Tor replied, reaching with a hand to scratch behind the back of his neck.
Though his hands came to find a familiar texture that was to be expect with his changes. Grabbing hold of it, he didn't even have to pull as he brought his hand round to look. Black feathers. His hair was slowly turning into it. Course the lose strands he had turned but they wouldn't stay in. Shoving the feathers into his trench coat pocket, keep in them there. She didn't need to see em.
Not even waiting to see what she'd say, he teleported out of the tree and landed a bit away. He took off running. He couldn't take it anymore, staying up there in a tree trying to have a conversation. There was a reason he hadn't really socialized in years. He couldn't take it!!! As he ran, he took the pocket watch out of his pocket, wrapped the chain around his neck, and put it behind his shirt. Even if he hadn't done that, the pocket watch would've been attracted to where hsi heart was and thus take it's place there during the change. It was just a measure to make it less painful.

Izzy smiled at his answer, he was as vague as the William person who was her neighbor. She thought from his answer that he wasn't though. He shoved something in his coat pocket and she wondered if she should go a step further with her question or just go with what she thought to be true.
Before she had a chance to decide he disappeared from the tree, appeared a small amount of space away, and started to run off. She growled in annoyance and started after him, shifting into a wolf mid-stride to help with her speed. She sped after him, giving him just enough distance so that she wouldn't run over him if he stopped.
She knew her curiosity could be annoying but she had never had someone run away from her before, unless you counted racing which she didn't. She took deep breaths, trying to hold his scent in case it disappeared again and she needed to know it to find him. She kept after him, not knowing what he was or that he would soon change forms by force.

The change was making it harder to run and he was clearly not going to be able to outrun the giant wolf that was Isabelle. He just wanted to be left alone!!! ALONE!!! In his accursed duty as a Time Keeper, could he not have that?!! Skidding to halt, he teleported a little bit behind her as he gasped for air. This wasn't going to work. Teleporting was draing his strength and right now, he needed to have strength to try and get away from her! Course the change was taking advantage of it.
Before he could run away, the wings tried to break out again and they managed to shift the shirt underneath his trenchcoat. This caused him to fall down and a pained hiss leave him. This just wasn't his day!!! No day was his day! It all belonged to time and Time just chose for it to be this day now didn't it?! The lower section of his black hair was already turned into feathers there was a slight ting of brown to em but not much. Forcing himself to his knees, a gasp left him.
Now he had to fight a wolf or something? Lovely. Just lovely. Should just let the beast grab hold of the watch and bite it in half, that would solve everything. Course at that moment the watch acted on it's own. His hand went to where it was as he felt it pushing into his skin and his chest pushed out slightly.

Izzy was merely curious, so she wasn't going to leave him alone, no way. She kept following till he skidded to a halt and disappeared again! Growling in annoyance again she turned to start after him when he collapsed again. She stopped growling and made a surprised sound. Some of his hair looked like feathers and she could have sworn that she had seen something shift and push up his trenchcoat.
She curiously sniffed at his back, wondering what he was and what had moved under his coat. She wasn't freaking out, not after all she had seen, but she was incredibly curious. She was in no way going to fight him, she just didn't know when to quit.
"What are you?" She asked still sniffing of his coat. She wondered if he would know her by her voice. "I'm Isabelle by the way, please call me Izzy," She said with a strange wolfish smile she wondered how much pain he was in due to obviously shifting into something.

The wolf spoke....so it was the girl from earlier. Great. Was she a shifter or a werewolf? Werewolves were bound to time but he kenw that some could shift on command. The pain throughout his body had increased and it know hand him hunched over. He had tried to remove the pocket watch from the inside of his chest but it was a futile effort. That was another thing he knew but still he had tried. It wasn't like it would stop, it would still happen. Since his back was arched the bluges caused by the wings could be more visiable. In fact, the pressed against the skin to try and get out, making the trench coat move clearly.
"D...Does it matter?" Tor hissed with his eyes closed, clearly in pain and not really caring about getting to know her.
He had to get this trench coat off, if it got torn to shread he would have nothing to wear. He couldn't exactly go to his apartment room as a Griffin and stroll passed every to get into his room. That was the problem. Reaching with his hands, he went to unbotton it but the pain was making it impossible. Red spots were visiable on his wrist and if one looked close enough they could see thin black things coming through the skin. Feathers pretty much.

She cocked her head to the side again at his question, did he even understand curiosity? "Do you have a curious bone in your body? Seriously? I mean all I am is curious!" She said as she sat looking at him.
When he tried to get the coat off and failed she ran to grab some cloths before shifting and coming back in human form to help him. "Here," She said as she tried to help him, at least by unbuttoning the thing. "I'm really helpful if you give me the chance, sure I can be annoying but at least I don't turn on my friends and will help them," She said, come to think of it she would help anyone as long as they didn't harshly push her away and tell her to get lost. She was still curious about what this man was, heck she was still curious about what his name was!
"So will you at least tell me your name?" She asked, she was really tired of just calling him 'this man' in her head.
