“Yeah, I do get pretty lonely…” Those words echoed through her skull. Catherine was a bit of a loner. This went against her natural instincts, though she forced herself to be like this just to protect the people she truly cared for. The werewolf rarely visited her family because of this. If Cat wasn’t around then she stood no chance of hurting them. Catherine’s body tensed as Azoriat began to caress her shoulders. The she-wolf wasn’t used to such a kind touch. She would have retaliated if her mind wasn’t deep in thought.
What Azoriat said was true. Catherine was terribly lonely. The only company she really kept around was her pet, and even that wasn’t enough to satisfy this girl’s natural hunger for attention. The mortal Cat was living with now was from the PIDA. She wouldn’t have to worry about harming him. The man knew what she was, not to mention he was ready in case the she-wolf ever turned on him. Hidden somewhere in the home was a gun filled with silver bullets, this was given to him by the PIDA. Cat really didn’t blame the organization for doing this. The full moon’s influence turns her into a murder.
Catherine looked up at the tall demon as he spoke. Azoriat’s words tore the smaller female from her thoughts. An awe struck look appeared onto Catherine’s lovely face as the demon spoke of his very interesting past. He’d stood witness to the fall of Babylon and the creation of hell. This demon seemed as old as time itself. The realization that he truly was a demon from hell hit Cat like a ton of bricks. And yet, here she was chatting it up with a man who could kill her in god knows how many ways.
“Millions!? It sounds like you were quite the charmer, Azoriat.” The woman replied with a gentle smile. This man had been around for centuries. Her meager existence paled in comparison to his. Azoriat was obviously a very wise demon if he was able to stay in one piece after all that time. Sure he killed, but then again could Catherine really judge him for doing so? She had unintentionally murdered a fair number of people, and supernatural alike. However, those numbers where nowhere near a million. When Azoriat mentioned women Cat couldn’t help but to smile. Her hazel eyes sparkled in delight. It was good to know this man wouldn’t try anything funny. Unlike some of the other male’s she had met this one was smart. The last thing Catherine wanted to do was have to tear his throat out and leave him for dead. Soon Cat began to relax in the demon’s grasp. She took in his scent once more and grinned. "Good." Azoriat was slowly winning Catherine's trust. If he continued to play his cards right, the wolf would warm up to him.
Catherine thought back to what Azoriat had said about killing and the fact that he was evil. The more she thought about this the more Catherine realized she had a lot more in common with this hellish demon then she did with her own kind. It was sad, but true. Catherine grimaced. “You and I aren’t so different, Azoriat. We both have blood on our hands, and an unquenchable hunger to feed.” The woman took a sip of her wine. She hoped to drawn out her sorrow but it would take more than just a sip to do so. Catherine released a heavy sigh before continuing.”When the full moon comes around I don’t feel a damn thing, b-but afterwards…” The woman stopped herself. Catherine began to feel a bit uncomfortable as she spoke of her true feelings. Emotions were weaknesses in her eyes. If she let her sorrow known then that would make her weak. Being stick in a alpha mindset the woman refused to show any sort of weakness in front of this man. Her ego wouldn’t allow it.
After a minute Catherine decided she had just about enough of this closeness. Deep hazel eyes looked up at Azoriat as she gently pulled herself from his grip. The woman then strayed from what she said to stay before. Catherine tried her best not to seem upset, though deep down she was truly afraid of the monster that lurked just beneath her flesh. “I usually have quite a mess to clean up, ya’ know? I-I’m sure you’ve been through that. “ After taking a step back the woman's delicate hands brought the wine glass to her lips and chugged the rest of it liquid down. Cat wasn’t much of a drinker, but when worrisome thoughts crept into her head she did yearn for its calming effects.

He felt her body tense under his hot hands. She was a tough woman, she would be hard to break. Did the Demon want a slave or something more? He enjoyed this mortal he would not decide her fate after only one encounter. He would watch her and see what he felt after some time.
"You speak as if I am not still charming. While I am no Incubus I think i am a real ladies man."
He smiled at his joke, trying to lighten the mood. She seeded sad now, almost as if she were worlds away. As she spoke about their differences and her wolf her aura shifted. She pulled away from his embrace leaving him feeling cold.
"You must accept your wolf, it is because you fight her that she controls you. Humans were put on this plane of existence to serve the likes of us. In ancient Greece you would have been worshiped as a goddess. We are alike you and I Catherine, it is because of that I brought you here."
He watched her form chug the wine. She was trying to bury her pain. She could not hide from him.

“Oh yes, you are still quite charming, Azoriat.” The woman then offered a playful chuckled. Her hazel eyes then looked over his tall frame. Azoriat did have a lovely appearance, you know, for a demon. “I’m sure the ladies are all over you. And I can see why.” His words seemed to make Catherine feel a bit better. Who knew demons had a sense of humor?
The wolf looked up at Azoriat as he offered some advice. He told the woman not to fight her instincts, and to let them flow. Catherine cocked an eye brow. “So I should embrace my inner killer, is at what you are telling me?” She then scoffed. “I’m sorry but I don’t think I can, at least not until she stops killing innocent people. I can understand her anger towards other wolves, and even supernatural, but defenseless humans? S-she eats them.” Cat then stooped for a moment and began to fidget with the wineglass. The female didn’t quite understand why she always got nervous when she spoke of her more dangerous side. Suppose the woman thought her hellish personality would come out of her and start killing if she brought her up?
With a loud sigh the she-wolf continued. “I guess you are right though. She is a part of me. “The woman held her tongue as Azoriat spoke of humans. In his view they were put on the earth to serve beings like them. Catherine really didn’t have an opinion on this. All she could think about was what a werewolf would do with a human slave. Especially since humans have silver bullets, shouldn’t it be the other way around? She shrugged.
An amused smirk graced her lovely face as Azoriat brought up the fact that she would be worshiped as a goddess in ancient Greece. If this wasn’t flattering then nothing else he would have said could be. “I-Is that so?” Catherine asked as she began to grin ear to ear. A light blush took over her cheeks. “I guess I was born in the wrong era, eh?” The wolf began to play with the wineglass a bit before she looked back at Azoriat as he told the woman why she was here. “Well, it's nice to meet a fellow who isn't human for a change.” The wolf looked at her empty wineglass. Maybe a bit more wouldn't hurt, right? She then looked Azoriat in the eye and asked. “D-Do you think I could have some more wine?”

"Only those I deem worthy are able to touch me Catherine."
He watched her explain again her fears of her true nature. Azoriat was almost amused, A self hating creature of power. He wondered if she ever truely let go. She had alpha tendencies, perhaps if she trusted her wolf she could lead her own pack. Azoriat was unsure of what he wanted from the woman, only time would tell.
"She is more than just a part Catherine. You and the wolf are one in the same. If you fight it for controll it will fight back, but if you let go the wolf will learn to trust you and you could learn to be concious of your actions in that form."
"You would have been attended daily, annointed with oils. You could still be worshipped in this age Catherine... you need only try."
Azoriat took their wine glasses and walked to the open bottle, pouring them another round. When he returned he handed her the glass, making sure to touch her hand. His hand was hot as if he had a high fever.
"My home is your home Goddess."

“Is that so? Well then, I suppose I should feel pretty f*cking special for just being in your house.” Catherine replied with a light giggle. This demon really knew how to make a girl feel at home. If anything he seemed to come across as the type to spoil his girl. Not that it was a problem. What girl wouldn’t want to be spoiled by a rich, handsome man? Right now, Azoriat seemed to have everything going for him. He had looks, power, a large house, and best of all he gave Catherine respect. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if the she-wolf took down some barriers and got to know him? Azoriat was quite charming, after all.
Catherine rolled her eyes and snorted when the demon mentioned her wolf. He spoke so calmly about a beast that would tear his head off, if given the chance. Oh yes, Cat could see her wolf having a field day with his organs; stringing his intestines across the trees in the forest, and leaving them to hang there like Christmas lights. It sounds like something she would do. “Yeah, yeah I know we are the same being.” Catherine was well aware of her actions during a full moon. From time to time she would black out, but she did remember most of it. The woman was just too stubborn to own up to what she has done. This is why she created a second persona; the beast she calls her wolf. In the end, the wolf and Catherine were the same being. Cat did have a darker side, though she didn’t want to own up to it. The PIDA thought they'd beat that bad dog out of her upon her joining their ranks. This wasn't the case. She would behave around them though. Sure, she is just a janitor but she still worked at their facility. If the poor wolf didn’t want to be locked away at the PIDA for murder she would have to be a good dog. She’d heard stories of other supernatural going in there with murder on their record. They were either locked away, or put down. Two options Cat didn’t want to deal with. Luckily, the PIDA looked past her last killings, writing them off as accidents. Catherine didn’t know how many more strikes she could take before they decide to lock her away. The woman had a habit of separating home from work, but now that the full moon was approaching she was sure the PIDA had their eye on her. The organization kept her on a short leash, and for good reason.
A dark grin then creased her lips when Azoriat spoke of what humans would have done to her back then. “Sounds like the life of a pampered pooch.” Catherine looked Azoriat in the eye. Her orbs flickered with amusement. She then laughed and said. “That’s a life I wouldn’t mind having.” Just think she could be waited on hand and foot. No longer would she have to put up with serving humans when they could serve her? Oh, what she would give to make this dream a reality.
The sudden realization hit her like a ton of bricks. The more she thought about it, the more it seemed a bit too good to be true. Catherine didn’t hold any place of power in this world. She wasn’t a lawyer or an owner of a company, she was a janitor. Hell, she wasn’t even a PIDA agent; she was the organization’s cleaning lady, the lowest rank you can even be. Her job was to serve people and clean, that was it. This thought knocked her dream down a few notches.
Wait! There was one way she could get what she wanted, and show her true power while doing so. What if she killed the main people at the PIDA? Then she wouldn’t have to put up with their crap or anyone else’s. Catherine could finally be the alpha she was born to be. The woman could be top dog of that company and make everyone submit to her. Cat let this thought sit before she shook it off. No, what was she thinking!? Killing was wrong, and she knew it. The instinct to kill was there, the woman just didn’t tap into it.
“Humans would worship a lowly janitor like me? That’s a laugh.” She reached for her wineglass. If Catherine ever wanted to be a goddess she would have to find comfort in her true self. Perhaps this demon could help her achieve just that? While her elegant hand gripped the neck of the wineglass Azoriat placed his own warm hand onto hers. A sudden pules of energy surged through her small frame. This was followed by a strange warming sensation. Almost immediately the woman shot a confused glance at the demon. What was he doing? She then bit her bottom lip and looked into his love grey orbs. Her hazel eyes widened as he spoke. "My home is your home Goddess." His words caused her to blush again. Catherine had run into many guys over the years but not one could make her blush as much as she had today. If Azoriat was trying to make some sort of connection, it seemed to be working. “T-thanks, you are too kind.” She replied, as she gently took the drink from Azoriat’s hand. While holding she couldn’t help but to wonder why this man was being so kind to her. Why should she ask? He’d already explained that they were alike, and that was the reason why he let her inside. Catherine couldn’t help but to think there was a bit more to this. The woman sipped her wine.
“There is a museum downtown. I’ve only been there once but that was ages ago.” Catherine spoke with a confident smile, her blush was still there but she ignored it for now. The woman then stopped for a moment, catching herself rambling. “Would you like to take a trip to the museum with me?” She asked, maybe then she could get to know this man a bit more. Besides, he just might like to look at the old artifacts since he was obviously an avid collector of them. “Maybe we can go a couple of days after the full moon? I really don’t think you want to deal with me during that time, I can get a little frisky.”

"language my dear Catherine! I have heard it is a sin to talk that way."
He teased her with a cocky grin, raising his glass to his lips. The wine tasted wonderful but it was something more he hungered for. His plans were coming along nicely. Soon this state would be his territory and he could rule it as such. Perhaps this one could be at his side, perhaps not.
"If it is the pampered life you seek, it is good you happened upon me. I can make your dreams come true."
He felt her aura washing over him like a breeze as she spoke. Her dominance speaking to his core like a beacon. He saw her strength as a hill to climb, a fire to be snuffed out until only the embers remained. She could not fight him forever, and he had forever to wait.
"A trip to the museum, it is a date. I will come to pick you up in my limousine."
He thought for a moment and then smirked walking backward toward the far wall. The shadows began enveloping him leaving piercing grey orbs glowing from the dark.
"we will have dinner here afterward. I will not have anything less."
Catherine was left alone in the house as he melted away into the dark.

Catherine smirked. “Sins? Ha, you’re one to talk. ” The wolf took a sip of her wine. “I can make your dreams come true." Those words lingered in her head for a moment. Was this true? Could he really make her a goddess or was all this just sweet talk? Catherine began to suspect that his words where nothing but sugar coating something much bigger. She may have been blond but the woman was far from stupid. No one on this planet had ever been as nice to her as this demon was being now. It didn’t seem right. The woman cocked an eye brow. Was there was something he wasn’t telling her? Perhaps she was just over thinking the situation. Either way, she would keep her guard up around this demon.
Azoriat seemed to like the idea of going to the museum. Apparently, they had a date. The woman smirked, that word had so many meanings, and she could only hope he didn’t actually think it was a real date. Then again, this man was stuck in the past. He must have been using it as a figure of speech. Catherine sopped for a moment when Azoriat mentioned he would come pick her up. “L-Limousine?” Since when did she need a limousine to go to the museum? Cat wouldn’t argue with the man. She’d never been in a limousine before. Besides it was less gas she would have to pay for in the end, right?
Catherine then watched as he began to back away, where did he think he was going? The woman watched in amazement as the shadows of the room began to engulf him. Before he completely disappeared he demanded that they eat at his home. “Very well.” Catherine replied. “It’s a date.” She then watched as his handsome form slipped into the darkness.
The feeling of loneliness began to overtake her small frame. She was alone, again. Well there was no reason to stay here. Cat downed the rest of her wine before she made her way to the door. For a moment or two the woman stopped. Standing there in the door way she began to wonder why he had left her here alone in his house? Did he really trust her enough to leave her with his precious artifacts? Maybe he was watching her for a distance? The woman straitened herself as she strolled down at stairs and out of the house.
