This is the doctor's office of the city, which stands above ground. The healthcare is fairly inexpensive and free for children. The doctors that work here are actually doctors of the PIDA, scouting for supernaturals of young and old. "Special cases" are moved to the facility for protection.

Residing in an unknown location, the Axium is a top secret organization few know about, and fewer still know its location. What once was just human-DNA splicing is now much worse. Painful human-supernatural experiments are conducted, and it's not too friendly of an atmosphere. These guys are against the PIDA but neither know where the other is.
