Lenore's subspecies is an adaptation of vampires that enables them to hide better among humans through their change in diet, at one point this subspecies was omnivorous but since preying upon humans lead to the making of thralls or more strange happenings, this subspecies has developed a lack of interest in blood and to a further extent meat in general. As a tradeoff the photosynthetic properties of the plant who fruit they are consuming act as a form of sunblock that slowly wears off over time giving them day walker capabilities provided they keep fed. This isn't normally hard since there are many places for them to find food, but they must hide to a certain extent while feeding. As they feed some of their vampire qualities show, commonly their eyes change color while they reveal their fangs, using them to drain the fruit. to an onlooker its like watching an apple shrivel up and die in their mouths. It also isn't hard to tell when one is hungry either, Their eyes are a telltale sign as they change color depending on the individual vampire, normally from a common eye color to an unnatural color. (Lenore's go from green to pink) Because of this, they are still hunted like vampires and if one has an infatuation with them they may mistake their preference and piss them off by offering blood to them. Also because their "sunblock" wears off over time, if they spend too much time without eating their cravings get stronger and turn to a survival instinct, even smelling their food over long distances to quickly locate a meal. Because of this they have occasionally attacked people who are carrying their preferred food and are mistaken for attacking the person outright. At night they are allowed more freedom of themselves, They may if they wish, sprout bat wings and fly, or even turn into bats, They don't get hungry as often and regain full strength as a vampire because their body is no longer fighting off the sun. Dispite contrary belief, these vampires are still more powerful at night than in the day. PERSONALITY
Lenora is in a word cautious. she is very aware of what she is and know what it will mean if someone realizes what she is and mistakes her for being a member of her bloodsucking kin. That being said she also knows that she is in fact powerful and can help others through it. She is very polite towards others and even apologizes if she attacks in a feeding frenzy. She is confident however especially since she helps keep public relations in good standing with PIDA, mostly without the help of her powers but if there are special favors asked she may use her vampiric charms to help. She can be embarrassed easily though when people talk positively about her without using her powers. While working she can generally keep herself together though in a more private setting she finds it harder to hide. Her feeding frenzy strength changes depending on what food is readily available. Around strawberries and bananas, she can hold out against her frenzies a lot better, but around granny smith apples, lemons, or the more sour fruits she finds it hard to keep herself in check, sometimes even drooling while talking if she smells them, and her fangs show early even before going after the fruit in question. Lenore stands at about 5'4" and is of a moderate build, not being especially endowed in either bust or her rear, she keeps herself fit knowing she is part of the public image and also to do field work if needed. She generally keeps to the colors green, yellow and pink for her choice of clothing colors mostly because to her it fits with her hair. she takes good care of her hair even if she lets it be a mess at home, and always has it long with a small section hanging out in front.
